Overall decent and large apartments for the price. Maintenance guy Rodger really cares and keeps the apartments fixed up really well. Manager is okay. They keep advertising high speed internet when they don’t. They will tell you you need a better router and reset it. We went out and got one of the top of the line routers and still are getting 10mbps if we are lucky. Management has been no help with this.

Overall, the apartments are a great deal. The price is good, they're very spacious, and are in pretty good shape. Robert and Roger always do a great job at keeping up with the grounds work and maintenance. The only complaints that I have are that the internet is sketchy at best and I often have to leave my apartment to do homework because of it, and the woman in the leasing office is incredibly rude. The younger guy is nice though.

Just renewed my lease for next year this will be my 3rd year here I love it! it is safe and I have great neighbors, and I have a dog and cat I would recommend Riverrain to my friends most live here already Ken the maintenance guy is very nice and fast and the office staff have always been very helpful and its a nice clean and kept up place to live.

I lived here for about 2 years with some friends. I had some issues for use with office staff lieing and maintance taking literately a year to get their job done and some rude as remarks but for the most part of the experience I actually loved living here. The place wasn’t perfect but no home is perfect. It’s a huge space a decent rent price for the area especially if you split rent with a few friends. It was nice. I miss living here and if Kyle is still in the office. He is the nicest guy ever. Sure some of the bs came from him but I have never ever seen a person with such perfect customer

I love River Rain! I live in their Pearl Street apartments! They are super nice, roomy, and have central AC and Heat.my bedroom is huge with a big closet to match. The balcony is super nice. The parking is a bit rough though... only 7 spots for 4 apartments that have 3-4 people living in each. The leasing people are super nice and understanding. We love Kyle! He will answer any questions you have and be as helpful as he can be. I would definitely recommend this place for college students!

The apartments are large, clean and reasonably priced. I've seen lots of comments on here about staff being rude, but I've never had that experience- everyone, including management and maintenance, has always been very helpful. That being said, the Internet comments are spot-on ... the Internet here is not great. However, the positives far outweigh the negatives! 4 out of 5.

I have been at Riverrain for going on 3 years. We did have slow internet and poor connections at first, but those issues have been resolved. I am satisfied with the apartment and with the services they provide. The biggest downside is the parking. There are not enough spaces and if you do not have your parking tag in your car it will get towed.

First off let me say. The apartments themselves are very nice. Great Location, spacious and its nice to have the balcony and washer and dryer in the unit. But that is about where the positives end. The manager of the property is incredibly condescending and disrespectful. I understand she deals primarily with college students. But they are that, college students, not children like she treats everyone. I have heard her be disrespectful several times to her own staff as well. The policies in place will nickle and dime you at every chance they get. It just seems like one of those companies that looks
