Whenever I am in town, this place is my go to. The perfect filet amongst everything else on the menu. Cozy cramped but open at the same time. Just 5 star food in a pleasant atmosphere and friendly people

Coziest spot on the West Coast! Always solid and the staff is great. Old school flavor, real people, perfect bar atmosphere. Go there everytime I'm in LA!

Wow! This place has history and is bangin' when it comes to drinks, food and service. Not so much a step back in time, it's more of a different place and state of being happy with whomever you're seated. Great wait staff!

Went to this place as a back up plan to another restaurant. I had a Burger, it was good. The atmosphere is sweet if you enjoy very themed and out there places. What I had to dock the place for was the prices, this by no means is an
establishment with the ambiance nor sanitation to charge over $50 for anything on the menu lol. If I walk inside the bathroom and it’s a horror scene I don’t really know if I want to consume sea food haha.
Still to the burger, avoid the bathrooms. Your hands will come out dirtier than you went in.

Since 1934, as the oldest restaurant in Santa Monica, people have been flocking to Main Street to visit The Galley, for the best in libations and also great food!

The food was exactly what I was craving- steak and asparagus. The chocolate cake was amazing by itself, but even better with coffee and a shot of Bailey's. The staff was friendly and very attentive. A great, quirky, fun experience.

Another hometown local favorite. This is a classic old time steak house with seafood. Start out with a great cocktail from the bar and your off! The steaks are always cooked to perfection and are of great quality. I love the garlic mashed potatoes and the grilled asparagus with my rib eye steak. The servers are no frills, friendly, fast and efficient. I love love love the decor with all of the beautiful lights and beach/sea theme. Great date night!

Great atmosphere and service from the moment you walk in. l’m looking forward to update my review once indoors are available so l can show how special this place is.
The food and drinks always come out quickly and their happy hour menu/portions sizes and drinks are perfect. You’ll fall in love with their calamaris! Fresh, hot, and come with three delicious sauces! The more lights the better! 🎄Love it!!!
