I have been searching for a new apartment for my move early next year and this time I want something a little different. I was pleasantly surprised with my visit to Pointe at Lake Crabtree. It's got a very modern feel and the apartments are just beautiful. I am most excited about the elevators as I am tired of having to lug my stuff upstairs all the time. The lady I met there is very nice and I plan to apply as soon as an apartment comes available for my move in date.

This is a smoke free building yet I am constantly smelling weed throughout the building especially by my apartment. I have complained in the past and I know the leasing office has sent out smoke free reminders but this is getting out of hand. Something needs to be done. I am tired of smelling it and it’s embarrassing if anyone comes over. I’ve called the police and there’s only so much they can do on their end.

I had the most amazing experience with Susan! They were incredible and extremely helpful during my visit. The property is absolutely exquisite and it has been great living here. They showed me around to several apartments and suggested apartments that best suits my needs. In the end, I had to sign that lease and have embarked on a better life at Bainbridge!

Great Place to live. The Staff is amazing. What I love the most is that the community has a warm feeling to it. In addition to having great maintenance staff present that are attentive to your needs in a timely manner. Coming from a house and moving to an apt I thought my life would change for the worse yet, I can say things have worked out completely fine.
