Loved this place until Woody's Tavern opened. Grace Park is mixed use with residential (apartments, townhomes) and businesses, which was great when it was cafes and the like. I can't imagine what they were thinking putting in an extremely noisy sports bar that's open into the wee hours of the morning. The noise is unbearable and it goes to 2:00 in the morning and past that. Do not rent here if you need to sleep before 3 in the morning. There is also very limited, unassigned parking and zero housekeeping of common areas like hallways and stairwells. The dead cockroach that was in

I moved in yesterday and I'm so impressed with the area and my new apartment. It is a gorgeous apartment, probably the most well thought out layout with many extras. I love having a separate laundry room, which is unusual in a two bedroom. It has a roommate plan with bedroom and bath on either side. Lots of windows in the living room, two balconies, true luxury. The first day my toilet wouldn't flush but maintenance came out because they knew it was my first night. That was laudable! Today we are going on a bike ride that starts right across the parking lot on the greenway and

I lived at Grace Park for about four years, it's a great complex and excellent management. I never had a problem the entire time I was there, maintenance was always prompt, and the shops and restaurants nearby are excellent. I recommend these apartments to anyone who has to commute to the park for work.

I've had the pleasure of living at Grace Park for 4+ years and as I contemplate my next steps and reflect on my time here I thought I'd write a review. I really only meant to be here for 2 years but greatly extended it. One reason is the access to all points of interest. it's a great 'middle ground' between Durham, Chapel Hill, Raleigh and Apex with easy access to 540, and I-40. Another is the decent selection of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. All have fantastic staffs and management and you end up meeting a lot of your neighbors there! Last, but certainly not least, is the community

Grace Park was hands down the best apartment complex my husband and I have ever lived in. We loved the elevator building. Convenient location to just about anywhere in the triangle. Wish we could have stayed longer! (Relocated out of state). Thomas, the property manager, is extremely kind and helpful. Maintenance staff also great. Spacious units, well maintained. Cool views. Covered parking spot with that building also so nice. This place is a bit of a hidden gem!!

I moved out about 6 months ago on an 8 or 9 month lease. I know the price of rent has gone up significantly since, but I really enjoyed living here since this was one of the cleanest apartment complexes that accepted smaller pets. It was also a very convenient location, which made moving here from a different state a lot easier. Due to it's condo specs, the traffic and noise outside is minimal from inside the apartment. The only thing you hear are the airplanes going past, but it's not too bad. (I got lucky and lived above the less noisy part of the Grace Park apartments though.)

We've lived at Grace Park for a total of 5 years. The convenience of the location, the restaurants, gym and neighbors makes it the best choice for us. We meet a lot of neighbors walking our dogs or eating out at the restaurants...There are 7 on-site with outdoor seating. Most with a great view of the sunset. The apartments are nicely sized with high ceilings. The price per square foot is competitive. The only downside is that only one building has an elevator and, with high ceilings comes a lot of stairs if you choose a 3rd floor apartment.

The price per square foot is great, but you get what you pay for.

Since moving in 4 months ago, I've actively killed or found over 2 dozen cockroaches inside my apartment on the top floor. There are stomped cockroaches all along our indoor stairwell. There are cockroaches outside in our mulch. I've communicated with Grace Park management regarding extermination multiple times, and yet things seem to be getting worse. I've raided and used traps with no luck keeping them out.

The last straw was when I was awoken with a cockroach falling onto my bed from the vent on my ceiling

This is by far, the best place we have lived. My wife and I have lived in four different complexes over the past 6 years and this is our favorite. It is extremely close to work, it is in a prime location with grocery stores, drug stores and countless restaurants both across/down the street and down stairs on the bottom floor of the buildings. And to top it off, residents get 10% off of their meal at the restaurants. Residents also get free 24/7 access to Anytime Fitness. Our only wish is that they had an elevator but walking up and down the stairs is good exercise. The rent is super competitive

Confirmed a noon appointment with Tara. Arrived promptly at noon and Tara was locking up to handle a walk-in appointment. I introduced myself and indicated I had an appointment she said she would be back momentarily. It was 40° out and didn't offer to allow me to wait in the office. After 15 minutes Tara greeted me and said I should have unlocked the office. I thought she was finished with the walk-ins but still had one more apartment to show. I needed to leave due to time constraints. Poor service. What's the point of an appointment if the staff doesn't look at the appointment book?

We moved into Grace park a little over a month ago and I have to say- We LOVE IT so far. The pricing for this area and square footage is phenomenal and includes a brand new washer and dryer, a full gym membership, and a discount card for all the restaurants within the buildings. I have to say that I am also very impressed with the building quality as I have never heard my neighbors. I do hear road traffic but it isn't obnoxious and this is an "urban" living situation so that is to be expected. Parking hasn't been an issue for my buildings and they have changed to allow you to

We lived in grace park for almost 3 years in two apartments and loved it and the staff we only moved because I needed to work less hours to homeschool my daughter so needed a cheaper place but we still say we miss grace park all the time I would move back in a heartbeat maybe when my cars paid off.there were of course things that bugged us but that's anywhere like parking but we have that problem where we are now too . also we moved from the third floor to the first because walking the dogs was not so fun going up four flights of stairs .we left our apartment clean and were not charged anything

It's a mixed bag, and I wish I had known going in - there weren't enough factual reviews, so I'm providing one here for future residents.

First, the front staff and maintenance are great. Katie is helpful, and the maintenance team are prompt. Also, the location next to RTP is excellent, though Davis Drive traffic makes a five or 10 minute drive take 15 or 20 minutes home. For some reason, the "to work" traffic is not bad. There are also good restaurants, a fitness center, a gas station, dental place, car wash, fast food and hardware right in or next to Grace Park. Anything

As a quick update, the moving out process was as easy as pie! We just made sure to give our apartment a good cleaning and didn't get any sort of move out charges.

I moved into Grace Park with my boyfriend not very long ago. We LOVE the concrete floors and the awesome carpeting in the bedroom and closet. Speaking of the bedroom and closet... HUGE. We are in a one bedroom and the size of the place is spectacular! The convenience is amazing! We're within walking distance to drug stores, a large variety of restaurants (including coffee/ice cream), a hardware store, an animal hospital, a 24/7 FULL gym and so much more. We haven't heard any of our neighbors so that's always a good thing. I also really like that you have to have a key fob to even
