My leasing signing experience was smooth and easy. Leasing and maintenance staff is good - informative , easy to interact & helpful.
These apartments are spacious, quite neighborhood , convenient to access day to day shopping , elementary school, community park , trails etc.

Apartments are spacious with lot of sunlight! Staff is friendly and Maintainance issues are resolved real quick! Awesome location with all amenities close by.. overall Crosstimbers is a Great Place to Stay !

Excellent place to stay. Good maintenance staff. We saw the apartments online and trusted Cross timbers and they never broke our trust the apt are really awesome and more beautiful than shown online

I have lived at Cross Timbers for 5 plus years!! The apartments are spacious and there is great access to shopping, restaurants and the airport! The staff is friendly as well as quick to address any of my concerns. Thank you for a great place to live!

I just moved up here couple of months ago and the experience has been amazing. The amenities, the basket ball court and the gym plus the beautiful serene outlook you see everyday! Best place to live in Morrisville by far !!!

I moved in here last February and I love it so far! Great location, quiet neighborhood, very nice neighbors, excellent amenities and my apartment is clean and refurbished. The staff at the front office is very kind, helpful and always a delight to speak to. 10/10

"I have been a resident for 3 years now. The staff that is currently here is very warm and listens to any questions or problems very quickly! The staff in the office and new Manager are very easy to talk to. The maintenance crew is very fast!! If you have a serious problem they respond every time and have a great attitude. Joe, who I have had fix things here and there knows what he is doing! The other members of maintenance are excellent to.
