I am extremely disappointed in this company. I usually only leave positive reviews but I had to leave this in an attempt to save others from this greedy company.
If you have a pet, DO NOT MOVE HERE. My dog is fully house trained and had no accidents in the house. I bathe my dog regularly and take her to daycare for baths and grooming. However upon moving out, I received a carpet replacement charge of $827.80. Basically, if you have a pet - they will screw you over and charge you for anything they can get away with.
Upon moving out, I spoke with Susan via phone call who applauded me on the condition

My experience with Crabtree Crossing Apartments and Townhomes was great! The area is nice and there is nearby shopping right around the corner. The landscaping is beautiful and the neighborhood seems quite and peaceful. The 3 bedrooms even has 3 levels! The inside of the apartments are beautiful! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They were all so pleasant. I can’t remember all of their names but the property manager, Mr. Fred stood out the most. He went above and beyond to try to please us. He communicated with my husband and I everyday regarding any concerns we may have had. His responses

We lived here for 3 years. I cant say we were happy with the stay over all, we just stayed that long because of how close it was to our jobs and because we were preparing to move overseas. Bugs kept coming into the house. Cockroaches even fell from the ceiling into our bed at night at one point. Things kept breaking in the house. Toilets wouldnt work. The sink in the kitchen always leaked. (and we kept asking The maintenance men for help, they fixed it, but The problem always kept coming back) It was one thing after another.

Let me start with -
3rd Day without the Air Conditioning functioning. I approached the leasing office on the 2nd day and was told they had only one AC technician and they are working as fast as they could. The response was cold and unsympathetic. With 2 very young kids, the summer and no AC, is hard on us. I don't think they understand. Sigh!

Don't let the low rent and location fool you, this place isn't that great. The staff in the leasing office are a bit rude, and always act like they have more important things to do than helping you. One of the ladies once asked me to "hurry up" because they were closing in 15 minutes and she had stuff to do (I guess I was asking too many questions about the pool and my lease). The apartment constantly has bugs getting in..spiders, lizards, and some sort of centipede looking things. I invited some coworkers over last week and was embarrassed at how tall the grass was (it hasn't been trimmed in at

Crabtree Crossing has provided us with excellent care, and the staff is truly considerate. The maintenance crew works hard to fix any problems, and the office staff speaks kindly and offers assistance in any way they are able. We've loved living here - it's affordable for the incredibly nice area, it's cozy yet spacious living arrangements, and the people are terrific. We plan to stay for a while.

I am a current resident & I really miss the superb customer service from the former management team. Michelle was extremely polite & was an active listener (hate that she left). We have lived here for 4 years come August (ONLY for school district purposes) & customer service is at an all time low & there is no type of appreciation given to those who have lived here for an extended amount of time. No consistency among the staff. Can't wait to leave!

Nice facilities. Rude staff. Maintenance is cool though. I work too hard to have rude unapologetic self centered staff treat me like some sort of idiot. Definitely not renewing this lease, and definitely am leaving Morrisville and these people as fast as I can. Don't be fooled into believing you'll "love living here!" They'll make you hate it.

I moved here last summer and have been very happy here. Everyone in the office and maintenance have been very nice, friendly and helpful. I am doing this review because it seems mostly those with complaints are writing reviews. The people who are happy here don't usually write reviews. I like the area also. My only complaint is the city cut down so many trees near the railroad that the noise from the trains is aggravating.
