Loved this place when I moved here under Lisa’s management in 2018. But when management changed in 2019/2020 everything started to go downhill. The lack of professional courtesy was astounding. We incurred crazy water bills due to pipes leaking and had to continually press for something to be done. It was very stressful and unnecessary. There were quite a few similar scenarios and finally we decided to move out in August 2021.
We did love the community and location though, and met some wonderful neighbors at Treybrooke. These apartments are well-priced units for the area and will save you some

I highly DON’T recommend this place , if I could give no stars I would .. I’ve been only staying here for 6 months in I’ve had problems since day 1 please save your time and money. The management is highly poor , I’ve been dealing with a 9,000 water bill because they meter is broken since I moved in because they haven’t fixed the issue yet I have to blow them up to ask questions to find out when they will resolve the issue and pay my bill til today it’s a ongoing problem they tell me different stuff each time just to make me hush up and no payment has been made after 6 months & I’ve

Lived here for 13 months, management and maintenance is piss poor. The dust in the the bathroom with no windows is so bad you can’t turn on the fan without dust flying everywhere. When I moved in I had roaches and pest control came twice to get rid of them and haven’t been back in 10 months but pest control fee is in the lease. I had to constantly use bath and body scents to keep my house from smelling like my neighbors dinner. The kids run wild like the complex is a big house they all live in together. Don’t waste your time or money this place is in the dumps!

I was giving a tour of a 2 bedroom apartment by Santasia, she was very knowledgeable about the area and the community. Great attitude and you can tell she enjoys her job, however; I’m rating this community 3 stars due to the pricing and overall style of the apartment and upkeep of the community from what was showed to me. First this community is really old! You can tell just by looking at the outside, the inside is very spacious but could definitely use a upgrade on the appliances and the white cabinet is just a big No NO! I'm very disappointed. We have been living here for three years and every year the quality goes down and the rent goes up. The pool wasn't open at all last summer and this summer they say it won't be open until July. Also, people speed through the parking lot like maniacs and the front office does nothing about it. We've also put in a service request to fix the mildew and paint chipping from our bathroom, nobody has come by to take a look at it and carpets are supposed to be cleaned every year and they only cleaned it the first year we were living here. Also, what is advertised on their website

I would have given this place 4 stars but unfortunately due to the carelessness from the property manager and whoever owns this property I have to give it 2 stars. Rebecca and her team was great at first but franko is no longer here and the new guys they have are the epitome of rude. My husband and I have been living here for 5 years and we have never had to wait weeks for someone to come see about the work order we put it in until now even on the weekends we have put in numerous emergency calls concerning our a/c and nobody has came out and the only time he answered is when telling us it’s not

I lived at treybrooke for 4 years, I will no longer be living here due to the rude and lazy maintenance staff and they went up 200 on my renewal! This place is ran down and bug infested it needs a remodel if they want people to pay more money. We miss Franco and Henry ! New maintenance sucks. The new leasing lady tasia is very pleasant she even came and replaced my kitchen lights herself and these are not regular kitchen lights but before that we have been cooking in the dark for 4 days and I stopped maintenance and told him all I need is kitchen lights he’s response was “ I’m busy, I’ll

Rebecca who works in the office is a Gem very polite very caring and most of all very compassionate.
The maintenance crew Franco an Henry
I call them the Star sky and Hutch of Treybrooke.
They make sure the job gets done big or small. Franco is a great maintenance worker that no job is difficult. He's an prime example of whistle while you work kinda of a guy he's super friendly very polite and I can always count on to make sure things are done inside and outside our home.
Treybrooke is definitely a family oriented
