We lived in this community for more than 3 years and we had all the good reasons to extend our lease. However, we shifted to the neighborhood community recently because of one person from the leasing office who told me upfront that the management have decided not to extend our lease, reason being my son along with other kids play inside the community and it is disturbing the vehicles. We did ask them to make the play area safe from snakes so we can peacefully let our kids play but no action was taken. All I want to say here is, the new mgmt is very rude and they just don’t know how to talk nice

Let me explain my experience with this community from 2018.
We shifted to this community only for one reason and that was kids' education and to get admission in either Sterling Montessori or Cedar ford elementary school.
We had a very good experience at the beginning with old leasing management but worse with the maintenance guys.
Now, We are facing the worst experience in terms of leasing office and maintenance both. We stick with this community due to friends and good Schools. The way management communicates and deals with the residence, it looks like we are staying free here and not paying

Do you love constant bugs in your apartment?! Do you love paying for amenities that you don’t have access to because people rent out the gym MONTHS in advance and management doesn’t monitor it? Do you love doing their weekly/monthly rewards tasks just to be denied getting your gift cards?! Do you love unsupervised kids constantly in the middle of… the street?! Do you love abandoned bikes and scooters in the hallways, on the staircases, and in the middle of the road? Being moved from other state, I have engaged with leasing team in very early in the game and they have been so accommodating and my-specific case went through lot of confusions during that process but Kevin is so helpful and able to answer all my questions. When i moved into actual unit there are some concerns but the maintenance squad able quickly address those in timely manner and i have been kept informed when there is delay as well. Over all happy with my stay so far ...

The location and the community are key for all people including me.
Coming to the leasing office crew, they have an awesome all ears crew for any issues. I may be one or top of the list when it comes to service requests. Just because I chose to move into a bad unit which has/had all the problems an apartment home can have and some extra like water… intrusion problems. But the maintenance and office crew is sharing our problems. They address the issues on priority and followups on a few where they aren't able to figure out a solution. If anyone asks me to rate with the unit I am in I would

I am staying at Waterford Apartments from last 2yrs and had very bad experiences with recent management team, although previous management was also not very good but they were polite, cooperative and used to think about residents some time.
Recently they switch off water supply without any notice, even if it is done in emergency an email is… worthful to notify residents.
Last month my appartment was having power supply glitch and new management dragged the issue for almost a month to get this fixed, even they asked us to coordinate with electricity provider to get it fixed, why resident

This is a very recent experience and I don't recommend this place at all.
1. I moved in and out of this place in a day as I saw 100s of roaches crawling on the carpet, walls, in kitchen cabinets and on the… ceiling. Though the new management tried to help after I reported the issue and were considerate enough to refund all that I had paid, this place is not worth the exorbitant prices they charge. They should have ideally taken care of it before I moved in and alerted me if it was not in a good condition.

No one listen you. I am complaining for roaches for last one and half month and they don't act on it.. In mean time it got increase 10 times ...
I would like to give negative ratting but we don't have option.
Update : Jan 215 It has been more than a year staying in this community and initially I gave them one star ratting as it seems they were not… listening my problem but it was communication gap when they saw the things then acted quickly and resolve the issues. I don't see any major problem and enjoying my stay here. I would like to give them 4.5 star ratting.
