The Marston by Windsor maintenance/service team is very quick to respond to any issues. The blinds in my apartment were broken and I put in a service request at the end of the day and by the next afternoon a service technician, Srdjan, came and fixed it so quickly! He was very helpful and efficient. Great service!

I have been at the Marston for about 3 years now, and have had an excellent experience so far.
The location is a great balance between having downtown amenities like bars, restaurants, and shops that are open late; but without many of the hassles of living in a major metro like downtown SF (public street parking is easy, no local traffic problems, secure garage parking for residents, quieter, tons of neighborhood parks, etc...). We're also walking distance to the Caltrain station, so easy commute in and out of RWC.
The staff have been AMAZING, specifically the maintenance staff Srdjan and Witt

Srdjan is the absolute best! He always comes right away whenever a maintenance request is submitted (or calls if you need to schedule a time for the request to be completed and arrives promptly!) and explains exactly how he fixed something, what went wrong, and asks if there's anything else he can do to make sure your apartment is in proper working order.

I moved to the Marston in January and can't say enough about the facility or people (the leasing and maintenance staff are some of the best I have ever met in all my moves across the country). Angela was extremely accommodating from the get go when I needed to tour virtually and helped answer the many questions and picture requests I had - above and beyond. Since moving in the staff is super friendly and responsive. For example I had my fridge break unexpectedly and within the hour they came to check it out and replace it immediately so my food didn't spoil. The building amenities are great and

New resident at The Marston by Windsor. So far what a world of difference from my last community. The staff here is wonderful and extremely helpful. When I first moved in, there were a few things that needed to be addressed in my apartment. Srdjan and Witt, the two technicians, came by quickly and resolved all the issues and even some cosmetics issues I hadn't noticed before. They really went out of their way to help and make everything right!!! Thank you so much for helping me feel welcomed!!!

I lived at The Marston by Windsor for the last five years with my wife and our dog. What attracted us to the Marston was the size of the apartment (2x2), quality finishing and great amenities so close to downtown Redwood City (but not the train noise!). We have had a few changes of management as staff got promoted but the attention to our needs has always been great. Prompt responses to any request has been a strong feature and the willingness to give a brilliant living experience has been consistent. I only left as my job has taken me to another city outside California. Aidan

Having previously lived at Marston and extremely pleased with the overall living situation, it was a top choice when looking to move back to the area. We did a few self-guided tours recently to check out various units. Anjelica has always been extremely helpful and patient every step of the way.
The building is built rock solid (no cheap thin walls) and is maintained very well. It's a smaller sized community so you don't have the negatives that come with living in buildings with huge unit counts.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marston.
