I've been a resident of Madison Park Apartments for close to 3 years, and it's been fantastic! There's a lot to like here, starting with the management team. Shelley, Nichole, Mike, and Jeff really go above and beyond to make you feel at home, and apart of the community. They always communicate, and give ample notice if they're working on a project such as cleaning chimneys, painting, or fixing a water issue. They've personally helped me with clogged drains, ants, and even clearing a path for my car after a snow storm! Every so often, they'll host community events like catered food and beer for

Lived here from early 2018 to mid 2020. Great office staff, responsive maintenance crews. Nice (relatively) quiet neighbors. The proximity to two grocery stores and other places to shop and work is amazing. Lots within walking distance and great access to the bus lines.
If I were to give one major critique of this location it would be the noise from the very busy thrasher’s corner intersection. There are also lots of very annoying drag racers with screamer mufflers that love to drag race in the area at night. With windows open during the summer, it will wake you up.

My husband and I have been living at Madison Park for 8 months now. We love it! We do not have a single complaint. Management and maintenance are both amazing. We are known by name and are always greeted. We have only had one maintenance issue and it was dealt with within an hour of us submitting the maintenance request. Every few months there is a fun event for the residents to attend where there are snacks and opportunities to socialize with neighbors. The area is beautiful. We were concerned about road noise with being so close to Bothell Everett Highway, but with all the trees we can't even

I would highly recommend to anyone looking looking for a new place to live to check out Madison Park Apartments. I have lived here since May 2018. I had been living nearby and looking for an affordable change. I had looked at many places and had a reply email from Wendy about a "wonderfully remodeled" one bedroom. I had a dentist appointment to get to and she fit me in right then. The apartment she showed me was wonderfully remodeled, there was a pool, and the complex was smaller so easier to get around. My apartment was on the 3rd floor corner overlooking the protected creek. As an older complex
