Best apartment I have lived in. The apartment was brand new when I moved in, the floor plan and appliances are all great. The best thing about this place is the top-notched management team. They are always polite, responsive and helpful. I had a very pleasant experience from move-in to move-out. Highly recommend for everyone who lives in the region.

During a year of uncertainty, living here has been nothing but a wonderful and positive experience!! The staff is always kind and highly responsive. This place is spotless, quiet, and even the coffee station is always meticulously filled. It feels like home. I am grateful to have lived here and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Edge Apartments to anyone.

The staff is great, every time I came to the leasing office everyone was very helpful. However, today I came to the leasing office and the manager was very impolite. She mentioned that she was swamped with work, but I could have waited if she mentioned that she was busy.
I'm very disappointed since I've been living here for the past 1 year and a half and I was always treated awesome by everyone in the staff

Really enjoyed at this community - all the staff are super friendly and helpful -the Manager was always quick to respond to my emails and maintenance were quick take care of my work orders in my apartment. Unfortunately had to relocate for work otherwise I would have continued to live at Edge.

Lived here for almost a year and it was one of the best complexes i have lived in. Management is super friendly and they make sure residents are having a smooth time. We also had a very smooth move out experience with the management.

It was my first apartment in U.S. and I had a wonderful stay there. Management is really great and friendly. I got all my questions/ queries answered in no time during my stay. My move out experience was as good as my move in time.

New Apartments. Gorgeous property and the lounge are are superb. Huge grill for BBQing outside. Only wish they had a studio available. leasing staff was super helpful and showed me units even if they didn't have what i wanted available. I Can not wait until I get to call Edge home.

Recently moved in. It's a new construction so everything's in great condition.
QFC, Trader Joe's, and Sammamish River Trail are extremely close by.

The staff is extraordinary and made it easy to move across the country! The staff assists with any deliveries when necessary. Amazon lockers are a plus. Amazing fitness center, club room, and huge grill outside. Friendly residents and great appliances, counters, and flooring. So glad I chose Edge, I could not see myself anywhere else!
