Lived here for 3 years and had a great experience. Downtown Redmond apartments aren't cheap, but the location and the quality of these apartments are worth it. Unlike other nearby buildings, the floor plans don't waste valuable space on long entryways. The walls that you share with neighbors are thick, and sound rarely carries from unit to unit. The management is very friendly and personable. The common areas are well kept, with carpets getting cleaned and paint getting retouched as needed. And the maintenance staff responds to tickets typically in under 12 hours. Highly recommended.

We love living at Elan. It's a well-cared for building that is quiet and centrally located. We especially love that it is a dog friendly community. It's been good for our dog to meet other dogs and learn not to bark at everyone!

I have been living in this building for nearly a year now and it has been great. The location is great. There are a ton of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is a trail off the building that takes you directly to the Sammamish River trail, so it's well positioned for before or after work workouts. Our neighbors are respectful and the building has a chill vibe. Management is great and responsive to needs. Very happy living here.

Very great location. Honestly really love the ceiling. It's a bit tall so that allows a lot of natural lights coming into the room. Maintenance service is pretty fast :)

DON’T EVEN TRY. THEY DON’T WANT YOUR BUSINESS
I scheduled a self guided tour using the website only to arrive at the time and find the place completely locked and deserted.
If your not taking appointments, or there is no one at the property to assist a possible new resident, then say that on the website!
DO NOT LET PEOPLE BOOK! I show up and expected someone to be there so I can get a little information, only to learn I wasted an hour traveling for nothing.
A kind resident that happened by and told me the office is closed and not showing apartments.

I was trying to reach out to their office by phone but got answered by one of the most unprofessional representatives I've met. The representative barely understood my question and was in a very defensive attitude. When I asked if I can ask some questions about your property the answer I got was "I am not sure". Then I asked about their rental special offer and the representative just could not understand my question and seemed to be never aware of such a thing.
I don't understand how can you allow such a person to be your representative to answer leasing question. I guess this is otherwise a

Ask for the high floor rooms. Take superior. There are a pool and a bar at the top of the hotel. Don't miss it. It's fun. The restaurant has a small potions, but very good food.
