Edit: I couldn't get a straight answer about how much their cleaning service would cost (apparently not optional on move out), so I cleaned myself. And yet I'm charged $125 for a place that is cleaned top to bottom. What I'm most upset over is the $105 charge for paint, which I honestly should've painted myself. I'm betting it cost $20 with a quick brush over.

- Looks nice and bright inside (east facing unit).
- Friendly residents.
- Safe at night.
- Responsive management.
- If you can get one, spacious parking spots.

Garbage room gets pretty disgusting regularly. Also had some trouble getting back my security deposit, they cited there was a state law requiring a professional cleaning after move-out, although that turned out to be untrue. My unit had a loud ventilation fan in the bedroom that couldn't be turned off which might be annoying for some.

I think the place is beautiful but they defined need improvement on fixing issues faster. The location is also amazing. Is very modern. Staff is friendly too.
If you don’t like noise this isn’t the place for you . You can hear the people above you walking, the trash room (if you are in room x06) is so loud it is so unpleasant I literally wake up… from the noise which is very annoying. If you want to live here I strongly recommend not getting a place next to the trash is the most awful experience ever.

The building is amazing. The staff are so friendly and take care of you as you apply. The neighborhood is also so nice and walking distance to pretty much everything. Getting the app to get in and out on my phone has made it super easy to walk our puppy. There is also a good community of dog lovers in the building which has been awesome.

We just moved into our new studio. I feel right at home honestly. It’s protected and kept clean. Friendly neighbors and you see cute dogs here all the time ((:
Moving in was a bit of a struggle for us since it is our first place, but the leasing team was great and helped us a great amount. They communicated really well with us and made sure we were content and on track with what we needed to get done before move in day. We appreciate all they have done for us. We are happy. Thanks so much Blackbird 👍🏻
