Really great place to live. Apartments are extremely modern and the building is kept clean. I stayed here for about a year and management was usually quick to address issues. I did think it was a slightly expensive for an apartment without a fitness gym or pool as the neighboring apartments have those same amenities and are exactly as modern as Ravello with even slightly cheaper prices. Nonetheless, it was a great experience living here - I would definitely recommend. Central/walking distance to shops and the redmond town center.

While looking online for a new apartment in the area, Ravello was the best price and floor plan that I came across… I quickly requested a tour and was able to get in with Jennifer to see the exact unit I had had my eye on! It was perfect and exactly what I wanted! Jennifer was kind, warm, and welcoming… at that moment I knew I wanted Ravello to be my future home! Excited to move in at the end of this month! Thank you Jennifer for all of your help and emails back and forth! You have made things super easy and less stressful!

After extensively researching apartments throughout the Redmond, Bellevue, and Kirkland area, Ravello was undoubtedly the right choice for me! Ravello has really great apartment units and amenities and the unit sizes are great for what you pay compared to other apartments in the area.
Eric was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. He made the application process as easy as possible and I can't wait to move in!

Truly loved my time at Ravello. I lived there for two years when they first opened and absolutely never had a problem. I ended up moving out because I got engaged and moved out of state however, I otherwise would have stayed there for longer! The location was great and the staff was truly helpful and always available. Eric is a sweet heart, very kind and willing to help with anything you ever need. I feel so grateful that I was able to call Ravello home.

For two main reasons.
1.) This isn't personal, I do not want anyone to lose their job.
2.) I stand by he harsh honestly of my original post. Unfortunately I used language that seemed personal. This review is written by someone on behalf of someone else, which they did not ask me to do so. I saw things I felt were wrong and unrecognized by management staff.
What I had forgotten was during COVID times, things do not always operate as they should. And people are people and handle things in different ways.
This IS more of a criticism of Cushman & Wakefield

These apartments are gorgeous! Yesterday I did a self guided tour with the help of Eric, the property manager. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and was friendly and welcoming. Always quick to respond to me emails and then calls when I got lost.
The building is tastefully decorated with clean apartments and appliances. It's location couldn't be better being walking distance to many shops, restaurants and parks. The roof top deck would be a perfect spot to relax at night. The natural lighting in the apartments is what I was most impressed with!

We like living here a lot! It's a great location, the apartments are nice, and when it's not a world pandemic and the roof is open, it's super nice to go and hang out up there! MY only suggestion would be to not move in until the construction on the building next door is over. With a stay-at-home order it's not the most fun to wake up to loud banging outside your window at 7 AM and then listen to it all day :)

Location is in the heart of Redmond, near shops, restaurants, gyms and parks. Great property for pets, theirs a park right across the street and Marymoor Dog park is a quick 3 minute drive. You're walking distance to QFC, Trader Joe's and several other establishments. The rooftop is small but has all of the essentials and rarely occupied.
The only downsides are theirs no gym onsite; however, 24 Hour Fitness is a short 2 minute drive away and Orange Theory is a 5 minute walk away. Additionally, theirs only one way to enter the parking garage at the moment due to one of the roads being

Location and apartments are awesome! What is poor is the management. Anything you ask for is ignored. Last 6 months I am reporting some weird smell issue and the management is not able to address the issue in spite of knowing the reason. Instead of fixing the source of the smell they asked me to move out!!! Useless! Stay away!
