Poor staffing performance, poor maintenance.
Just plain laziness and dirty !!

Noisy all the time, tenants parties , Redmond police always running to rescue some domestic dispute in that property!!!
Rent somewhere else!! Your better off at the Talisman, Radiate or Moderna Apts if you plan to live downtown Redmond if I were you!!

Just a few month ago we moved in this apartment. It is so close to everything in downtown. These are the new apartments so we have all new appliance, so clean and at a very convenient location. They have a Coffee machine which has all types of coffees including Hot chocolate, vanilla shots etc which is complimentary for everyone. The best thing is that we have a direct view of Mount Rainier from our apartment and also a entire view of downtown from our den. The apartment is so spacious and luxury that anyone will be more than happy to stay here. For now I am enjoying staying here with my family
