Talisman

Another resident got priority of the elevator we booked. We are being told that now 45 mins before the movers arrive. Extremely ready to leave this apartment complex. To many negatives to add in this review. Time to move on

The place is perfect if you like having restaurants and shopping within walking distance, excellent amenities, BIG apartments full of smart home devices and nice upgrades, attentive leasing and maintenance staff, and easy access to the traffic mess but still far enough away that when you're not commuting you can actually relax and enjoy the day at home with your windows open.

The staff is friendly, but I don't think anyone cleans the stairways.
Great location.
For a new building, it is getting pretty dirty in the stairways with garbage and dropped food sitting for weeks with stains and organic debris.
The garage, not the mall's arm, beeps with fob but seems to require 5 to 15 attempts to raise.
Fitness room is kept clean, but they frequently run out of wipes so sweaty machinery sits sweaty until staff cleans it in the evening.
Mailroom is frequently a problem. Luxor system is frequently broken, and all Amazon packages are put in big room instead of individual lockers

It was an easy move in process and the staff was amazing. The apartment was clean and ready for us to move in. We are 2 blocks from the Redmond town center. We are very excited to live at Talisman!

I am super excited to become part of this community! In thinking about where to live in Redmond, there’s no better choice than Talisman. The location is outstanding! Walk out your front door and in minutes you are at the Redmond Town Center.
The leasing staff is nothing short of AWESOME! 5 stars to them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Living at Talisman is great with its beautiful architecture and design, high-end amenities and excellent team of employees. We love how it is pet friendly and there is a rooftop dog run! The leasing agents and maintenance crew are always polite, friendly and most importantly - helpful. We have found Talisman to be full of great neighborly residents who help create a wonderful community. We love the close location to shopping, outdoor recreation and restaurants.

We lived here from April 2020 through May 2021 and couldn't have been happier. The apartments are brand new and the common areas are superb with fun art, cleanliness, and pet friendly.

Upon first moving into the talisman, our impressions were high and everything seemed great. We were offered 6 weeks free since we moved during the pandemic, once that was over our base rent went from $1670/ month to $2,100 / month. This includes parking ($150) and their conservice bill which fluctuates every month. This took us by surprise but we had not lived in an apartment complex with amenities that tenants had to pay for based on everyone's usage of electricity in ex: gym, rooftop, club house, courtyard etc. Understandably, since one of the pros of moving here were the many amenities

I was moving from out of state, sight unseen to WA and the management staff at Talisman was INCREDIBLE. They did video walk throughs of the apartment and even went through and got measurements! Even after my lease was signed and I moved in they have been amazing, Ethan and Jeremy are always there with a smile to say hello. Everyonr is super friendly and beyond helpful. The maintenance staff, especially Anthony, is great 👍. The apartment is walking distance to just about everything and there is delivery for everything else.

We've been here in Talisman for two months and have not seen any issues and are really happy with our choice.
All the staff here that we dealt with have been nice, caring, and respectful. Specifically, Jeremy did a great job to tour the apartment units, answer all of our questions, and make the leasing process go smoothly, without any hassle.
The building itself is awesome with lots of amenities: the fitness center is much bigger and better than any other buildings in the same size, all brand new and high quality appliances,  beautiful rooftop deck, locker service, and clean shared spaces, just

I took a tour of the apartments from Hailey, one of the leasing managers. This was one of the most professional and organized tours I have ever been a part of. Not only did Hailey clearly outline the floor plan and amenities of the apartment in concise detail, but she did so in a way that displayed how much she loves and cares about her work. Talisman Apartments is very fortunate to have someone of this caliber working on their staff. This place is in a great location, with excellent amenities and spacious floor plans.

Nice area and nice place to move into. New unit and clean will be nice to move into soon.

Beautiful area and looks like a fantastic place to live! Lots of amenities for the price. Also lots of stores, restaurants etc, to go to within walking distance. Jeremey at the leasing office was extremely kind and helpful. I was looking forward to moving here. Unfortunately plans changed last minute on my end, but hope to be a resident here one day in the future. I highly recommend checking them out!

Seriously such a beautiful building!! It’s filled with so many amenities, like a coffee bar, two-story fitness center, a private theater, and so much more. Jeremy, Hailey, Cameron, and Sid have all been great and super helpful in the entire process. I’m so excited to move in to Talisman!!
