Building one is quiet but have heard from other residents that all of the other buildings have paper thin walls. Maintenance requests are followed up on timely. Can always find parking. The location is great with plenty of trails, gyms, restaurants, and shops within a 5 mile radius. Covid practices and communication has been good.
There used to be weekly status updates which were helpful but this hasn’t happened since the new company took over.
Other feedback goes unanswered when brought up to property management. Residents not picking up dog waste and folks smoking on premises has been a growing

The apartments are beautiful. The pool is nice. The gym is convenient (golf and snow board simulators have been broken for awhile now.) But they are expensive and so cheaply built. You can hear EVERY SINGLE STEP of the people above you and I mean EVERY STEP. I use a noise machine plus two fans to try to sleep at night and can still hear them perfectly with every step. The office staff is nice, but I have expressed how miserable I am on the first floor multiple times with no help unless I want my rent to go up by a minimum of $300 every month. I have lived in many apartment complex with people above

I love everything about this place except for a few things. The internet modem has to be in the closet which in inconvenient for devices like computers. The washer and dryer are not easy to use and the dryer takes forever. And lastly the water heater is not big enough to fill the huge tub with hot water so it’s not as enjoyable as you’re led to believe. Otherwise this apartment is beautiful and everything I could want in a home.

I did not end up leasing here for personal reasons, but I definitely would have if my situation was different!
Victoria and Isabell are the kindest, most understanding and thoughtful community office staff that I have experienced in my search for a new home.

We just moved into the apartment complex last week! Everything has gone smoothly so far, our maintenance requests have been handled, and we have gotten lots of help from Isabel and Crystal. The one thing I will note is that it seems lots of people don't take care of their animal feces but we were assured there is a company that will be starting to come once a week and do a sweep of the community which would be very helpful.

We’ve lived at Westwood since April in building 1. The apartments are nice, I haven’t noticed any issues with insulation / heating / cooling that others have mentioned in their reviews. Have also not noticed any real noise issues. You can sometimes hear dogs walking past the halls/someone hammering on their wall but I haven’t lived in a place where that hasn’t been an issue. I can’t speak to the other buildings outside of building 1.
The dumpsters are a hike, but the valet trash service made that into a non-issue except on days where there is no trash service.

This is by far the best apartment complex my wife and I have lived in. The apartments themselves are extremely nice. We lived on the third floor in a corner unit in building 2. It was very quiet and private and there was always a ton of parking available. The location on wadsworth is great for convenience to shopping, restaurants, hiking, and the mountains. The only reason we moved out was to move into a house!

I have lived here for over 2 yrs. The apartments are clean, mostly quiet, and a good size with high ceilings. The 5 stars for Crystal and Isabel, who are both incredibly nice and helpful office employees. Crystal especially has gone out of her way for me on several occasions. I have enjoyed my time at Westwood Green and would recommend it to anyone looking for a somewhat luxurious and affordable (for Denver) place to call home.

Updated review: Since management has changed almost every month garbage and recycling overflows. A 6 ft recycling unit is supposed to support 5 buildings some how. It’s disgusting especially considering how much rent costs.

I was dreaming to move there I love the apts BUT when you fill the application online and has one price the apts and 1 day later they call you and let you know the price is different for 400 dlls make me think twice since if thinks are no straight from the beginning is for sure you will have issues soon you move in..
