I have lived at 7166 for 3 years and going on the 4th. For the past few months, I have had multiple break ins of both of my vehicles. My stereo, amp, and cover were stolen a month ago, Now my other vehicle was broken into last night. The tonneu cover was cut, and items were stolen out of the bed. They NEVER have security patrol the garage or the property. I do NOT recommend anyone to live here due to safety concerns. Nothing is being done by the property, making me question wanting to ever to business again after my lease is up.

Beautiful apartments but, I had an insane person for a roommate.
Sometimes it wasn't that great because people would pay in the hot tub getting drunk and being loud at all hours. That was not fun. And it's a NO SMOKING property but, someone below me used to smoke on their balcony and it infected my bedroom like the noise from the hot tub partiers.

The front desk team at 7166 was extremely helpful in the leasing and move in process, and resolved our issue quickly when our valet trash service was not servicing our apartment initially. The common areas are well-kept, and the area is frequented by Belmar shoppers in the day time and pretty quiet at night. I cannot speak to the efficiency of the maintenance team as we have not had a maintenance issue but everyone we have interacted with has been wonderful thus far.
UPDATE- I sent a maintenance request for a leaky AC vent in my bathroom and it was taken care of (replaced/re-painted) the next

Not a safe property. Cars regularly broken into and damaged. Management refuses to do anything. No visible security, no cameras, nothing. Their own employees have been victimized and they still don't care!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Living here is a nightmare, the buildings are completely falling apart and property management is a joke. In the past year I have had two incidents with water damage, in both situations the property manager Ashley has been extremely rude and unwilling to help. The first incident took twice as long to fix then they originally told me and they did nothing to accommodate us for the fact that our home was not livable for several weeks. Trust me when I say this. You do NOT want to move into this complex. In the parking garage, you run the risk of your car or motorcycle being stolen, catalytic converter being stolen, car keyed. It has happened many times here. And they won’t put cameras in the garage. A Huge flood wiped out 40 apartments so there will be plenty of construction for next several months. Management does not help with anything. This is by far one of the worst complexes I have ever lived in and cannot wait for my lease to end. If I were you, move into Trifecta, downtown belmar or one belmar. Any of those. Just not

When I moved here, I thought it would be an amazing place. It was- for about a week, until the first water issue happened in the complex. Our second week living here was having 4 fans in our apartment running for a week with no one letting us know how long they'll be here. We had a guy just walk in our apartment without even knocking before coming in to take them back.

Beautiful apartments, awesome neighborhood, but what really makes this community the one you want to call home is the staff! Megan & Chisa were beyond amazing in helping me through the entire process! And trust me when I say I'm not an easy person to please but they honestly exceeded my expectations of what leasing agents should do for their potential residents! I love living at 7166 at Belmar Apartments! This was the first apartment I have ever lived in and have no plans on moving out anytime soon. Maintenance and staff are fantastic! Whenever I need something fixed, maintenance is there within 24 hours to fix it, usually always the same day you make a report. Every once in a while you get pet messes, but that is the pet owners fault and not apartment staff. Sometimes I hear the neighbors above me or to the side of me, but not very often. Amenities are great, the pool is open all year round and you get a free parking garage! During COVID the apartment

New manager Ashley is awful and doesn't care about the community, employees or residents. She just cares about the budget and saving money. That's not what a good manager is made of. Miss the old staff, 7166 at Belmar used to be a great place to live, not it is going down really fast! Rene and Don are great on the maintenance and that's about it. Amenities aren't open yet and everyone else with this company has opened theirs, (I've called around ) but the reason for the amenities being closed is probably cause they want to save money and not upkeep them.

I've lived at 7166 for over a year and have absolutely loved my experience here. After moving into the first floor, I moved up to the second floor, and then to the fourth floor as my needs have changed. All three experiences were top notch. The staff is friendly and although ocassional issues do arise, maintenance and office teams have stepped up to address my concerns quickly and effectively. Highly recommend for anyone looking to live in Belmar.

7166 really is a great property. Like any other apartment building you will always have things come up, but unlike those communities the staff will actually take action to make things right. I do feel like some of the other residents need to manage their expectations during COVID-19. They even hired a pool attendant to keep the pool open all summer!

The amenities are SO nice, when they are open, but they have been closed for a significant amount of time while I've lived here. They claim, "You don't pay for the amenities," but that clearly is not correct. Nothing is free. My rent with amenities is over $100 per month more than their initial quote. They cancelled Alfred - a weekly cleaning and shopping service - with no notice and no rent credit even though we relied on this service and we chose this apartment due to this service. They scheduled a 1:30pm appointment today with myself to tour their property. My roommates and I arrived at 1pm and waited in the area until 1:30pm and then we called their number since you have to now that the guidelines have changed. We called and called about ten times without an answer. Two of the leading agents walked by and didn't bother to say they'll be with us shortly. There was just no communication and it's BS! If any business ever was late to an appointment then they're not worthy of my business. How seriously unprofessional and irresponsible. This is the worst experience

10/10 would NOT recommend anyone live here. If I could drop a 0 star rating I would. Sure, the location is nice, you can walk to a lot of places in Belmar... but the service and quality from the staff and company? Absolutely not worth it. They closed a maintenance request without even coming to our apartment, our apartment was listed as "vacant" while we still lived there, and the general issues and lack of compassion from the staff was overwhelming. My husband and I have been living at 7166 Belmar Apartments for over 2 years now and we've had a very positive experience so far. There are so many great thing about living here. The location is fantastic! I can walk to downtown Belmar and shops. It's within a 15 min drive to downtown Denver and the foothills. The parking garage is such a convinient amenity many other apartments lack (such a nice feature to have during bad weather). I have been here for a few months now and I can say nothing but great things about this place! The coffee in the mornings, the smiling faces in the office, and the maintenance department all are beyond 5 stars. I never have an issue with parking, and I am about a 90 second walk from Target, Best Buy, Nordstrom Rack and multiple little shops! If you are thinking about living here, don't think twice!

Coming in from out of town for a wedding we rented the downstairs bedroom unit across from the clubhouse. It to say the least was a huge disappointment. No amenities. Tv not working. Only one set of towels. No shampoo cream rinse or body soap. All things you expect when renting a room for two nights like a hotel. No services were provided and no one could fix the problems. I would never stay here again! Lucky target near by to get the items needed including towels!

Only move here if you want to be overcharged and under rested!!! The fire alarms continue to go off randomly (in the middle of the night) with no reason. We've been told faulty wiring, faulty pipes, but really:..who's at fault here!?!? It's now 1:30am and I've just been woken up again to the obnoxious sounds of my fire alarm.
Enough is enough, if you're going to charge such ridiculous prices....at least let your tenants sleep through the night.

This is a good place to live except for the cost. I lived here and it is waking distance to Belmar, has a quaint gym, outdoor pool and BBQ area, huge parking garage (reserved parking if you rent on the 4th floor).
My only complaint would be the cost of rent. I lived here six months and they wanted to raise my rent around 11%. Belmar is no Aspen or Boulder (and those places honesty are also overpriced). I asked if they would meet halfway and increase my rent only 5.5% and they said "no" until two days here I moved. I left and am glad I did. No one should be spending this much to live

Time for a fresh review! Seeing as it's been about 2 years since the last review and there has been some change of management (actually I lived there during two managements - Behringer Harvard Residential and Monogram Apartment). I lived here just under a year and I enjoyed my time here.
The location is really convenient. You can walk to Mile High Wine & Spirits (see my review on why I love them!), Whole Foods (no bueno, it's too convenient and bad if you're striving to save money!), Target, Cinemark (awesome theater with some great deals), and tons of shops, bars, and eateries
