I lived here for 3+ yrs and some things were ok as far as not ever having bugs.Maintenance works as quickly as possible.Management is pretty helpful they follow up.Watch out for your Vehicles, During the last year of me living there I had my temp tag stolen, a new battery jumper, and my Catalytic Converter. I made Police reports but what can be done when their already gone? Who catches them then? Other neighbors have had their cars stolen, tires cut, car stereos damaged, windows broke.Also if you have a situation with Law Enforcement be prepared to look like the bad guy because no one knows the

Yuck! Disgusting old old old old original cabinets literally from the 1970's in kitchen and bath repainted probably 200+ times.
Much too bright outside lights shining in the bedroom at night. Could the fixtures be any worse? Handles on bathroom sink very hard to turn- esp for arthritis sufferers. Extremely loud noisy disposal. Cheap blinds that easily break. NOTHING is good about this place. NOTHING! It 8s a depressing scene out of a horror movie. Management basically unresponsive to requests. Hot water is OFF for several days so NO SHOWERS.

The apartment was a bit rough upon move in, but I am happy to say that Timberleaf maintenance (George and Dan) came through strong. They swept through the list of problems and knocked em out.
The office (Gina) called this morning and at the time of writing I can happily say that most of the stuff is done.
I'm glad to have been proven wrong.

Alex in the office is so sweet and helpful and so is there maintenance men Daniel and George I had some issues in my apartment and my fridge they brought me a new one and fixed everything with delight and a smile. Really enjoy living here so far.

My air conditioning was not working. I contacted the office at timberleaf and the maintenance men George and Daniel responded quickly. They gave me a temporary unit until the replacement comes next week. Game changer. Thank you.

I need to find a place under low income housing. I've emailed and left multiple messages to try and get my questions answered and they can't be bothered to actually answer me. If they can't answer questions at the start, it raises the question of what kind of support they would provide to a tenant.

So in the world of covid when dmv is making appointments and all plates are expiring you tow expired tags. Even though you have been informed they have an appointment, costing already taxed people money, right after sitmulas. Was it you or the tow company off your contract taking advantage. Because some is going down.

I recently moved into Timberleaf apartment homes my experience was very easy and uplifting. Thanks to the professionalism of Gina any issues that I have had she has resolved, she is easy to communicate with as well as the Timberleaf staff. I will say I enjoy living at this property and give them five stars.

Went to look at a 1 bedroom rental. Alex was very helpful in showing me the units and amenities available. Her follow up and ability to answer questions was far above my expectations. Would have rented here but wanted somewhere closer to downtown.

All leasing office staff are very informative, professional, organized and willing to help. Communication is key and I have never had any issues with the staff not communicating or returning my phone calls. All maintenance staff have been very knowledgeable and polite, they always get the job done in a timely manner and clean up after themselves which is very appreciated.

The woman on the phone was great. She genuinely listened to me, and put a work order in promptly. I don't hear any more knocking. Thanks guys!

Please don't live here! Worst place ever! Staff is uncaring, but worse are the people that live here. Not safe. Lived here for 5 months and left early because it was so bad.
