I moved here in July 2021 for a good rate. It is an older complex and the residents and staff are friendly, but many issues have arisen in my 6 months living here. The main water line broke in October and there have been endless pressure and temperature issues with the water ever since. The maintenance staff has been overwhelmed with this so they haven't been able to fix these issues for many residents, and a lot of service requests have fallen through the cracks. The power has also gone out several times, and the laundry card system breaks so it makes doing laundry difficult (no in-unit laundry

It used to be amazing! But in the last two years I’ve had my catalytic converter stolen out of the front spot in a very well lit location. Laundry is stolen and the management summed it up to “that’s your problem” while also sending a letter to all residents detailing how to call the police if you’re assaulted and how they are not liable. Water and heat go out routinely. I’ve had water leaking from fans, and from lights. I’ve been living here for almost 4 years and the customer service has went down the drain steadily. Graystar needs to take immediate acts to correct this.

Tennants need to be compensated for the extreme noise and disruptions of major work being done all over the property this year- I have constantly had to clear my patio and walk around broken walkways from negligent property managers- your remodel project is horrible and sending zero compensation to tenants is ridiculous- The noise has been. constant for over 3 months, all for a little paint, witch obviously looks horrible, anyone who paints over brick is miss handling funds that can be used to clean and make the property function

They never answer the phone, charge you for extra things If you dont watch your bill, and people CONSTANTLY steal your packages! The office does nothing to try and mitigate any real issues. At night cars roll by to scope the parking lot for things to steal off or out of your car. The pool is infested with children 24/7 and people smoking cigarettes around the property constantly. The only good thing is there is laundry on every floor, but half the time i lived there the laundry card machine didnt work.

Cons: poor plumbing; up charging.
Our maintenance issues were never resolved for more than a week at a time. The sink and dishwasher frequently flooded with foul-smelling wastewater when we ran the dishwasher, so we pretty much used it as a drying rack. The toilet smelled terrible the entire time due to mold, and we asked for it to be cleaned or replaced, but were told to just pour bleach in the tank, which was ineffective. The washer also filled with wastewater once, ruining some bedding. No rent discounts unfortunately for not having

I have enjoyed my 7 years here at Lakeview Towers. The staff, Allison, Chris, and Kendal have always been efficient in there jobs keeping the residents such as us comfortable, and making sure work orders, and services are completed. The maintenance staff which has 3 people, and can only work 40 hours a week do pretty good considering there work loads. Rob the supervisor has always gone out of his way to make sure work is complete, and completed right. Lakeview Towers is fortunate to have such good maintenance, and grounds care, and like I said they do a good job for the amount of workers they have

My experience with the community has been not ideal but it has been comfortable. The staff is what makes this community what it is. We have loved it here! Been here about one month. They were super accommodating, as we needed a place to move into the same night we toured, and they made it happen!! Shout out to Andrea 👏🏼🙌🏼The gym is a great size and for the most part, not too crowded. The lake views are beautiful as well. For what we are paying, we hoped to have a washer/dryer in unit but instead, there’s only public ones that are located on the same floor of your apartment. That’s a bummer, but we are thankful they’re on each floor and it helps us to not keep our laundry in the dryer for a week 🤣the complex
