The hotel is lovely. Rooms are recently re-done and the pool is quite nice. The location is super convenient to the beach and restaurants. Be aware that if you book through a 3rd party website, the hotel will charge a $36.90 fee per day that includes one umbrella and 2 chairs. I booked through Priceline and they incorrectly listed the fee as one time only of $33.90. Sebastian at the front desk was very polite as I incorrectly asserted that I had already paid this fee - Sorry Sebastian! We will be returning for our next trip to Miami.

We had an amazing stay at Circa 39. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The hotel provides private access to a section of Miami Beach that isn’t overly crowded. The room itself had everything we needed for our stay (there was no microwave or extra amenities, so keep that in mind). We will certainly be returning the next time we visit the area!

On the day of checking-in, the staff including the reception did not wear masks, there were no sanitizers in the rooms- did not seem like they maintained much COVID safety. However, we checked out on Monday when some staff wore masks. They have 36$ per day resort fee that is in the fine print and charged on top of your booking fee. There were bottles of drinking water in the room with a small sign that they cost $5 each. Be cautious about parking!- they do not offer any parking spot and you need to pay $40 per night to park your car. They have a mini-fridge in the room but did not offer any microwaves

Oh my God where do I begin, well when we got there Mario the manager was so extremely nice with an absolutely amazing customer service and superb professionalism and friendliness which ALL hotels this days are lacking, pretty much any retail store or venue is lacking so I was so pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the manager with such gracefulness, then everybody at the hotel within our stay was superb as well starting with Fabiola at reception and her great daughter Amelia and of course Lester, we give him 20 stars he gave us the best service at the bar! We are so happy with our stay will definitely

Everyone there is friendly and provides good service. The hotel is located in a good location and not far from the beach. I have stayed there twice and the rooms were clean each time. The bed is comfortable and feels clean. It does feel like Miami beach when you stay in one of those. I would recommend.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff was wonderful. Genuinely nice people working there who wanted your stay to be a good one. The room was small but had everything one could need. It was aesthetically pleasing. Had a real Old Florida vibe to it. Pool area not huge but the right side for a small boutique hotel like this. I would absolutely stay here again.

I’ve been here a few times and it was a nice last minute go-to until my most recent experience. My bed had lipstick and hair from a previous guest. I asked that the sheets be changed but I got no service so I had to check out. The front desk staff was less than helpful. I wonder if they would have been more helpful if I was from a different demographic but I’ll never know. Take your black light with you and check the sheets.

I actually loved this hotel. I was a little nervous because I'm used to staying in Hilton brand hotels. It's a nice intimate hotel. Great for a weekend getaway. The staff was very nice and the food and drinks were good also. The power went out for about an hour or so ago the elevators were out for a while even after the power was restored. Doing the stairs weren't always fun but that was my only complaint really. I would stay here again

I love this hotel! The hotel makes you feel like you're at a home away from home. The bedroom looks like a room you would find in a house and the service? Top notch! I loved the free breakfast everyday. Everything about my stay was amazing and I will definitely make Circa 39 my hotel when I visit Miami.

Not very clean! The entire front porch area where people Sit and have cocktails is filled w litter! No one cleaned it. The bar area has smeared greasy tables, bar top is dirty, carpets a mess. They never even picked up the pool cushions or the deck cushions during a rain storm. No one can use them tomorrow as they are soaked. The lobby looks very used. Walls paper thin. Not what we expected. Spend more money to feel safe and clean.

My husband and I stayed here from Feb 29th - Mar 5th. Originally we needed to come to Miami for a work conference, but it was cancelled the night we arrived. But we made the best of it. The hotel was clean! The staff was nice. We only ate breakfast at the hotel, but it was amazing!
They gave us beach towels and chairs. I would definitely stay here again if we would ever come back to Miami!!!

Circa 39 is a great little boutique hotel, the rooms were smaller but clean and well furnished, the only negative to the rooms was you could hear pretty much everything and being on the first floor by the steps, there was a ton of foot traffic.
We checked in late, the desk clerk was friendly and explained everything well. We had the breakfast buffet each morning, which was good, but not varied day to day almost at all, so we were looking for other options by the end. The front desk and restaurant team members were very friendly and accommodating and the property was well maintained.

Stayed here for a wedding because it was the cheapest and most resonable option for that weekend. The front lobby was very well decorated and the front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The outside pool and lounge chairs were beautiful, updated and of good quality.
Our room wasn't located in the main hotel-the room itself was decent however the bathroom was a bit dark and small. The lock on the bathroom slider didn't work so the door would slide open as you used the restroom. Very awkward and not comfortable. Walls were paper thin but thankfully we weren't in the room

My absolute favorite SoBe Boutique hotel!!! It's a little further up Collins away from all the ocean drive hubbub but close enough that on a good day I didn't mind walking down that way via the boardwalk. This hotel is charmingly cute! I love the decor and vibe so much that we've stayed here twice on two visits to Miami 2019. This time was in August. Both times the staff was so accommodating and allowed us to check in early. This was so appreciated as we were then able to enjoy their beach and pool amenities. The provide you with towels and chairs at the beach (umbrellas
