Location is Amazing , neighborhood is quiet , Management and Maintance is beyond Awesome 👌 Definitely a family friendly environment and would recommend! Cassidy and Mike make this complex feel like a HOME! Thank you for all your hardwork and dedication. Ohh and the parking availability is the cherry on top!

We have been here for 11 months so far and I can’t say it enough about how great it’s been. The area is safe and beyond clean! The manager Cassidy.. by far the BEST manager we ever had. She has been so patient, helpful, caring, and understanding. Every time I have had a question/concern she has always addressed them right away and has been so kind every single time. Also MIKE the maintenance guy! He’s so awesome! He always makes sure everything is good and done in a timely manner and acknowledges us when we are out and about. We have a 2 year old and live in an upstairs unit and she is super

Sonterra is an amazing complex! The complex itself is full of greenery and is always clean! The staff is amazing! Michael is such a hard worker, he takes care of any problem that comes up. When you see him around the complex he is very nice and friendly to everyone, even when he’s busy.

This complex is so safe, calm, and cute, while managing to be right in the hub of town and it is cared after by the most helpful and kind group as well. Specifically, Michael has been so helpful and takes the best care of us while maintaining beautiful grounds. Cassidy in the front office always manages to answer or solve requests with speed and makes us feel welcome. It has been a delight to live here, even in a pandemic.

This is a good place to live. It is safe, quiet, clean and when you need something Cassidy the manager makes it happen. She has an outstanding demeanor and every interaction with her has been pleasant. Mr. Mike Maintenance is much the same. He knows what he is doing, he is considerate, easy to deal with, and gets any job done Fast! I have had a very nice experience during my 5 year residency!

We moved my parents here, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make them feel at home. The only downfall is that their unit was dark, but we understand that was not their fault. We ended up having to move them elsewhere, and they absolutely miss it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.
