The management staff here is top notch professionals, especially Sarah, who is passionate and caring about treating tenants with outstanding customer service. Overall, these apartments are quiet and well maintained and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. I highly recommend Quail Ridge

And im one of it.
Owner did mot do anything still asked for payment
Our mistake is because my wife left cash in the envelope and drop it in the office after hours.

Use to be cheap almost or was under 1000 rent but now over it for the dump the place is let's be honest, and two words if you do move if you're place doesn't have them then you are lucky. But .. bed bugs. . Yep. Enjoy say they will get rid of things but never do or get to it "later" and don't get me started on the waste landfill outside when the summer comes and bug swarm by it sadly. Just sucks this is the cheapest place around Roseville though still.

The rent used to be cheap and now they want to charge Bay Area rent. WE ARE NOT in the bay area! First the fake reviews about Sara the manager the man that claims she is good hearted is her husband! All the residents know that because of how much time he spends in the office and working around the property. Sara is not kind hearted I have lived here for years and let me tell you she is far from kind or good hearted. any time I needed something done she would always tell me the owner is a slumloard he don't want to fix it its out of my hand. That is her favorite phrase. But if any of my male neighbors

You get what you pay for with these apartments. Sarah the manager here is incredible tho and really does go above and beyond to make the residents happy.

If I could leave a negative amount of stars I would. When we first moved into the apartment it seemed great. The apartment was relatively clean and yes the appliances were old but hey for the price my husband and I were paying we didn't mind. We later in found out we were paying too much for a one bedroom by other neighbors we were paying 980 for a one bedroom apartment when our neighbors were only paying about 700. When we found this out we just assumed it was because we were newer residents. Fast forward a couple months then stuff started to go down hill fast. I got a call from the office that

My original review form when I moved in was taken down. When I moved into Quail Ridge the apartment was not ready and neither was the leasing agent (who later was fired because of drunk driving in the community and hitting residents cars). We scheduled an appointment to come in to take possession of the apartment, but the lease wasn't written up, the keys were not made and the apartment still had things that needed to be done. For almost a year there was no power for the patio (besides the water heater) and in two outlets (a vendor was sent out twice, but we ended up fixing it ourselves and haven

The whole time I lived there, the pool was never available. Had building sprayed for roaches. Then had bed bugs come into my unit about 2 months after I moved in. Turns out the other side of the building I was in was infested with both. Took property management a whole month to get somebody to treat. In the meantime I had to leave the residence for that month because I was getting bit constantly and when I found out what it was, the manager tried to insinuate I brought them in. I ended up moving out way before my lease was up. It cost me my furniture, a week at a hotel, loss of wages, and more

I moved in about four months ago, I really like this place. I think most of the posts are from past management issue's. I have only experienced friendly and helpful office staff and the maintenance are great too. My apartment interior was clean and had new flooring and counters. The kitchen cabinets are older and they only offer a pool and tennis courts. I looked around a lot before choosing Quail Ridge. For the price, this place is a good deal and close to everything. The only problem I have is a noisy upstairs neighbor who likes to vacuum at 5AM.
