I want by saying how much I appreciate the hard work of both of the staff that work here! Jeff, maintenance man, the is always staying busy and helping with our needs, with a smile on his face! Amanda, manager, always makes time for me and any questions/concerns that I have. She has been here for a long time and always is happy to help me & neighbors with whatever we need. They send me a birthday card every year and even sent me a card when I had to put my pet to sleep, I haven’t lived somewhere like this before where it feels like a family. I love it here and don’t plan on leaving anytime

My name is Shanice Bell and was accused of providing fraudulent information because my business bank statements did not say my name. They only said the business name. So Amanda of Adora went and used my 2020 income of an amended tax form and used that to reject me though I made $300K in profit this year or more but didn’t care to get my 2021 income. I need someone very important and higher up to contact me because this is wrong on so many levels. I called and called and couldn’t get Amanda to speak with me and I hired a moving company because that Friday she told me over the phone she’s short

When we went in it was great very nice and respectful. At the time there was no availability which I totally understand. We talked pricing and we were told one price and that it wouldn't change and they would contact us when there was a unit available. We never received a phone call and then when we stopped by because we saw a 2 bedroom was available but $1000 to almost $1500 above what we were told they would put us in a 2 bedroom for they told us that they never gave us a set price which they 100% did I have messages proving it. Very disappointed was gonna be signing a lease here but not for
