If you value your life and your hard earned money, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Read the other reviews, it's all true. Rats, racoons, black mold, broken floors, leaky ceilings, broken doors and windows, HORRIBLE MANAGMENT THAT WILL SCREAM AT YOU UNTIL YOU LEAVE.

Just read the reviews on Shadowbrook Roseville & Watt property management located in San Francisco THEY ARE FOR REAL. This place is falling apart. The manager Jennifer will talk down to you, curse at you & make you feel as if you are a lesser person than her. It’s absolutely astonishing to be treated this way. Especially for people who pay their rent every month to live in a falling apart complex with plenty of health concerns. Only thing you can do is get OUT ASAP.

ZERO STARS..Jennifer the property manager is a total nightmare. She is unbelievable rude and Watt Property Management does not address the issue. Her greeting is "What do you want?". I've lived here for years and she is by far the worst. If you move here she will make you pay for wear and tear damages to the unmaintained, unpainted property. Totally robbing you. She will violate your lease agreement. The place has rodents, windows that need to be replaced with broken seals with condensation, old roofs, mold, no weatherproofing, unmaintained patio doors that you can't even open and will not fix

Worst place I have ever lived. The townhomes have great floor plans but the place is falling apart, grounds are horrible, mold, windows are broken, rats, bats, and open sewer. The worst part is the property manager, Jennifer. She is the most evil person I have ever met. She will yell at you, lie to you, steal from you and call the police and have your car towed. I can't explain how horrible of a person Jennifer is. Stay as far away from this place!!!!

Ya, even though it says 1 start its really rated 0 stars! You read this right. Unfortunately, I didn't run across these yelp reviews until after we started our lease. Had I known what I know now, I would have run the hell away. So I will detail 3 major concerns.
1. Mold. Yes, this place has water damage up the wazoo as well as mold to boot. My 1 year old has been to the hospital now as a result of the conditions with the town house. We noted water damage when we first moved in and were under the impression that I was going to be dealt with rather quickly. So far we have had no such luck. We have

Huge rat infestation that took them over a month to deal with. Had an active leak for weeks. Called emergency maintenance line with no response. Mold so bad a mushroom was growing in our living room. We only lived there for 6 WEEKS!!!!!!
No responses, called and emailed!
Rats where so bad they where on the counters while I was cooking and running across our feet. This started right after moving in!
Stay clear!!!!!!

We have been renting here for five years. And pay 1600 to do so. We have never had an issue with parking in front of our garage until recently. Now they are threatening to tow our vehicles if we are parked in front of our garage. We would have no problem if there was parking available. There isn't. They don't provide parking outside of one small garage. My father has nurses that come constantly, where are they supposed to park? Ridiculous. B. S. From whoever is managing. Not to mention that it takes forever for anything to be repaired around here. Including leaking ceiling mold and dry rott.

Nice place, large townhouses, and also very pet friendly. Like the attached garage with a washer and dryer hook up, also room for my extra refrigerator. My unit has a great deck on the back with enough room for my patio set

Great, affordable apartments. They recently remodeled the outsides of the building. Dry rot has been removed, everything renovated, and re-painted. Attached garages, with lots of space. Indoor fireplace, vaulted ceilings with a skylights, and pet-friendly. Joy, the manager, is a very sweet lady who always listens to our concerns and tries to have whatever issue we have resolved as quickly as possible. They're not the greatest apartments of all time, but they're perfect, quaint, and affordable for the area. Definitely worth considering.
