I lived here about 15 years ago. No credit check. They'll rent to anybody and I was anybody, a young, 22-year-old, single woman. I kept rapport with management and made minimal complaints, so they responded accordingly. Yes, there were roaches and drug addicts and a moldy roof. I used Raid to control bugs. Rent was extremely low for the vicinity. Neighbors were questionable but if you mind your business, they won't bother you. Just go straight into your apartment and straight into your car. I used the gym. My now, 14-year-old, took his first swim strokes here. I befriended a couple who looked out

Do not be fooled by the gym room and the new coat of paint. This place is super old with a lot of tempure issues whatever the temp is outside is the temp inside. Staff got worse after the good desk worker left. The reviews on here talking about mold are also true super over priced. Cockroaches have also moved in now.

The staff are rude and quick to enter your apartment with a 24 hour notice. They entered my apartment five times this summer and are unaccommodating to a person who isn't available during the work day (9-5). Don't take their, "we never do room inspections," excuse. They will be quick to point out your signature on the lease whenever they want in.

If you want to know how this place is, come over and take a look with your own eyes and you will see this place is nicely taken care of, there is a nice staff, and pretty much is in a great location. In my own experience I am content on living here for close to two years already, and I am a very picky person and have absolutely no complaints at all. I have not encounter any pest issues, every work order has been taken care. Office staff are very friendly and respectful, there is only one thing that does happens here... Is that they do once or twice in a year a friendly BBQ for tenants or a pancake

I've been living at Olympus Park with my family for almost 4 months now. We got moved in fast, with brand new upstairs carpet (yay). The office staff was professional and friendly. The maintenance team is amazing, they're super on top of things & just fun to be around in general. Our neighbors are nice & everything that we could possibly need is either in walking distance or a super short drive away. If you're looking for somewhere new to live, I highly recommend coming to check this place out.

The staff have always been professional. The insides of the townhouse are beautiful. The outside could use some updates (which they seem to be working on)
My work request have always been taken care of within 24 hours.
There is a nice playground and two pools that are kept clean. I've never had any issues with my neighbors. I'm very happy here :)
