Update to my review . We just bought our first home and are moving out but just wanted to say we loved living here at Salishan! The apartment manager Ruth is great she's friendly and is always planning fun things for the residents and replies quickly if there are any problems that come up. The maintenance team is awesome and keeps everything looking great. Easy online access for rent and maintenance requests. Beautiful grounds and nice playground for my son. It was bitter sweet moving out and we would recommend this place to friends or family.

I lived here for two years so I'll make this review simple with a list of pros and a list of cons. Overall, I would recommend this place to someone if you can afford their absolutely insane rent prices, but I personally wouldn't pay what they're currently charging. In the two years that I lived here, the listing price for my apartment went up almost $300 a month and while I think what we originally paid was doable for the size of apartment we had, I wouldn't pay the new price. I'm aware that the price of everything in the Sacramento area is increasing so I'm not surprised

I have lived at Salishan for about 8 months and I couldn't be more impressed. This is the 3rd apartment complex I've lived in and I am so beyond happy to say I've finally found an apartment where I'm not counting down the days until my lease is over! The maintenance team is AMAZING!!! Every problem I've ever had has been solved without issues and in a very timely matter. As long as you don't have an overly large vehicle and you aren't a crappy parker, the parking situation isn't bad at all. The grounds are gorgeous and very well maintained and all the neighbors

The office staff and Ruth are the best! We had a "ugly" situation that possibly could've ended our lease here but she and her team did what they would to make sure we were able to stay The staff is very professional and caring when it comes to you living here and have shown nothing but kindness even during this crazy pandemic! I wish we had some better neighbors but other than that this place is a hidden gem.

I love living here, My neighbors are really wonderful people, beautiful views, and my dog is finally getting more acclimated here! Andrea was so kind and I highly recommend her to take you on tours because she has such a great personality and is very reassuring! One thing that I am a bit sad about though is that a few of my appliances were damaged before I moved in and now I'm noticing they're getting worse (I.e fridge and microwave have a few cracks, my stove has a chip that resembles a spider)... and all of my doors inside had an issue. I've lived here for going on 2 years now and couldn't be happier!!! Super glad I found this place it's beautiful!!! It really don't have that apartment vibe it's more homey I love the landscape around it it's woodsy!!! Staff is PREETY amazing and super friendly Neighbors are great as well!!!! If you have a issue it gets resolved quickly!!!! I highly recommend living here!!!

I have been DREADING looking for apartments as I loved here from out of State BUT ANDREA in the office went out of her way to show my sister and I am apartment and openly answered questions we had and for the FIRST time I did not feel like "just another applicant with a credit score number dangling above my head" She made me feel comfortable and listened. These apartments are tucked away and hidden but I AM HAPPY we found them and PRAYING we get the approval soon and after COVID we can be apart of the community! THANK YOU!!!!

I've seen these apartments and know that they're nice. After having so many horrible experiences, I decided to apply here. Within an hour, Ruth gave me a call and she is amazingly nice. I was honest with her about my situation and she was not rude or sarcastic at all which was nice.

If you enjoy a peaceful life where your home and living circumstances stay consistent, DO NOT MOVE HERE! I've lived here for almost two years now and have experienced nothing but lies and difficulties since day one. I am a fairly rational and levelheaded person who keeps a tidy apartment, is as quiet as possible for neighbors, and HATES making a fuss. Ruth is the most unprofessional and disrespectful manager I've seen in my life. She can't count till 4, she sabotages, she never calls back. She always asks about "documents" even if you already provided everything they asked before. And the "most perfect" thing in that performance is she will never let you know if she decline your application, she will not even send you an email or a message. You just accidentally go to their website and see the unit you applied for is on the market. Spent my time and money for nothing. Would never recommend this complex.

I lived here for one year and I'm shocked at some of the negative reviews I read. The staff is great and has accomadated every request I made...timely and resolved completely. Ruth is extremely pleasant, approachable, and professional. I've seen her interaction with others and she's always been friendly and considerate. The grounds are clean, manicured, and very nice to walk the dog or just an evening stroll. The complex is undergoing construction so additional noise and traffic is expected...but the renovations and upgrades are much nicer and worth the temporary issues. Rent is

When we moved in everything was great, Krista the person who signed us up was phenomenal, but then unfortunately for us she was transferred to another location.
