Our stay has been great. There was an incident on property a few weeks ago that shook everyone. Even though it wasn't from anyone that lived at Forest Hills, management was prompt to respond. I met with jasmine that morning and although she didn't have much information to give, she did give what she could and was receptive of my feelings in the moment. Not one time did I feel my concern wasn't heard or valid nor did I feel she wasn't listening to us. You can't lives somewhere and expect anything to not happen but it's how the management company responds that makes the world of Difference. Everyone

Visiting friends here and enjoyed the quiet and serene atmosphere in the evening. Well kept condos and property with some good amenities. While we didn't enjoy the pool, the tennis courts, or pickleball courts, we did enjoy the short "nature walk" on the far side of the courts, the creek (along with a few ducks), the dog park, and my favorite, the gardening plots. It was really neat to see various things being grown by the residents.
I can't personally speak for the service or support from the office or anything having to do with moving in, out, billing, etc. However my friends have had nice things

We had a great experience moving in to Forest Hills Racquet Club. Ta'Shira was very helpful, polite, and processed our application quickly. Our townhome was very clean when we moved in and everything was nice and updated. Great moving experience! I also love the community amenities - the tennis courts and pool area are great and we use the dog play area daily. I also love that Rae's Coastal Cafe is just a short walk away. Their food is fabulous! A + all around!

New to the area and didn’t know this beautiful property was tucked away! We did a tour with Jazmin and she was an absolute pleasure! She Showed us all the amenities on our ride around and was very patient while showing us multiple apartments! We saw 3 lol. She really helped us in deciphering which apartment we wanted to apply for! The ladies in the office were extra nice as well and answered any questions we threw at them! Exited to join the community!

I was recommended Forest Hills by a friend. I must say, I was thrilled with the whole move in process. Office staff were very responsive to all my questions and went the extra mile to help me. Had one issue arise and the manager Lindsay personally reached out to me to resolve and I was very pleased with the outcome. I've move around often with my job and Forest Hills tops them all. Highly recommend Forest Hills!

Pro's, location and quietness.
Con's, Front office. I never got the same bill twice. Ended my lease early and gave them more than 45 days notice. Move out date was written on my paper, given to me by the front office showing 11-30 and final amount owed. They explained that my security deposit would be forfeited due to not staying 12 months and that any outstanding water/sewer bill would come from those funds. Nov 30th came and I gave them the keys, check in full amount that she wrote on my paper and left. Thankfully, I still have the paper. Fast-forward to today, April 21 and I get a phone call

I chose Forest Hills Racquet Club due to the awesome location (super close to AU, Fort Gordon, the highway, Augusta Exchange), their communication, and super clean/modern interior. My boyfriend and I moved out for our first time and I'm so happy we chose this as our first home. Right from the beginning, their team was super responsive and helpful.
