DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! They don’t care about people and these reviews should prove it. They try to nickel and dime their way out of everything!!! They’re literally trying to charge me for lightbulbs!! Save your money and your time. They want me to pay them to clean a ceiling fan??? Under what Georgia law!? I owe them for a carpet and maybe some blinds. But I received a bill to basically hire a cleaning company for them to do basic cleaning yet there is a NONREFUNDABLE FEE for cleaning when you move in??? They’re THIEVES!!

€WORST MOVE IN DAY EVER”
Me and My girlfriend decided to move to Georgia from Alabama we found this apartment complex worst experience ever the apartment manager was very rude and didn’t care how me and my girlfriend as guess felt about any of the problems with the apartment. They are very unprofessional they refuse to give us our money back or do anything about the problems! It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex.

Moving here was a huge mistake! Me and my boyfriend were trying to find a place to live on short notice so we filled out everything online and signed online because of the online pictures. Now that we have moved in the apartment looks nothing like the pictures it's discussing! I would not recommend living here at all to anyone under no circumstances. I tried letting them know and they didn't even care because "the pictures are a model apartment". I guess they think that makes up for the fact that it look nothing like the pictures. The manger is rude and so is the associate manager

May 18th I applied for apartment after being pre- accepted we were told we needed a Co signer. That not being the road we wanted to go ,told them we were no longer interested and asked to have our application fees refunded. They said yes n that we would be issued a check in 30 days. 30 days has passed when I called to check the status of our refund Austin is claiming we never called to cancel the application n he isn't responsible to refund us our money. Anyone applying beware. BTW there's other complaints of this happening

I have lived at these apartments for 3 years. I have a very nice back porch view which is why I have stayed so long. If I didn't have that, there's not much other reason to live here. On the surface the complex seems nice but they don't put much care into anything; they put in pretty low effort for the money they are making (and I'm paying), at least in my opinion. Unless you get lucky and get something great out of it like I got with my porch, I'd reccomend living somewhere else. Here are some examples of their service quality and customer care:

- Both poolside grills

This apartment was the worst place I have been experienced. I have been live here for almost 4 years. At the first two years, I feel everything was OK, but since the manage team changed, the management was terrible!!! They always come to work late and leave early, and the paper work was in a mess. I told them I would move out 1 month before lease expire. The manager said you can leave without punishment. But I received debt collection agency letter for 800 dollars!!!
This year I back to the office for a certification for a mortgage, the manager said I am still not paying a month rent punishment

I have been a resident of this apartment complex since 15 January 2020.
When I was first shown my apartment, the woman who walked me through didn't allow me to properly view the apartment - standing in the way, blocking the entryways to each location I would have wanted to inspect. I signed for it anyway, due to urgency.
When signing the lease, I was informed that payments would be due monthly on the signing date via a third party electronic payment method. I noted that the lease did not include the app as a valid payment method, but was told it would be the only method accepted.
The first month

I'll start with the pros of living here before I go into why I am so ready to move out. These apartments are very quiet, quaint, and cozy. The amenities are nice especially the pool area with the grills, tables, covered area, and fireplace. I don't play tennis but having tennis courts are nice. You can tell landscaping works really hard to keep this place up and make it beautiful. All these things really give Woodcrest Apartments the potential to be a very nice place to live, however...
There are quite a number of reasons why I am ready to leave. I find it might be easier just to list them.

First issue we had when we first moved in was once we moved the washer and dryer into the laundry room the door would always scratch my dryer trying to get into the room. Then our AC was not working in the middle of the summer the apartment was 90 degrees with 2 kids in the house so we had to leave to a friend's house. We put in a work order and they didn't even fix it for 2 weeks. Gave us a portable ac for the whole apartment which didn't help and leaked all over the carpet because it was broken. I never use the dish washer but a bad smell was coming from it. It had water sitting in it with mold

NEGATIVE 100000 STARS READ all these complaints before you made the biggest regret of their lives! I wish I read up on it, I thought it was a punch of whiners and babies. The good reviews are the workers and they look miserable every time I stop by.

Where should I begin, lets just say they don't care if your roof is leaking not ones not twice and in multiple areas of the house. Are you bloody FKIN kidding me. Then the pess control is a joke. Oh don't forget about the thin walls and no privacy whatsoever isn't that the point of having a home. The ABSOLUTE WORSTTTT place I have ever

Pool, gym, and ponds are the only upside to this complex. The price is decent but the unit we are renting had a layer of dust on the carpet. They didn't bother vacuuming. Upon signing we went and viewed the unit and there was more wrong. Wasps nests, broken windows, broken stove fan, now finally, this is our third day living in our new place and there's a huge infestation of cockroaches here. Kind of curious to see what they'll do in the morning once I call.
Update: they did nothing. We pay for hot water and it's broken. Doesn't ever work. We've been here two months

It's comparatively inexpensive, especially if you're splitting a 2/2 with a roommate. Parking is never an issue and there is a pool. It's within walking distance to a 24-hour Walmart and a Kroger (if those are things that are important to you).
On the other hand, it's deafeningly close to the train track, particularly the units to the rear. Also, management is somewhat slower than desirable in responding to maintenance issues. As a pet peeve (no pun intended), the ducks get in the way of traffic some times.

I lived here about half a year.
I have never been in any trouble during that time. It's quite quiet neighborhood, clean, and people are nice. If there is something has to be fixed, they come pretty fast depending on how important the issue is. There were roaches, but after they came to spray and placed some roach killers, it's been good. Insulation is not great, and the walls are thin, but if the neighbor is great, then there's no problem.
