Every bad review about this place is accurate. We generally like the staff and our apartment. But the staff will straight up ignore you any time anything goes wrong. Maintenance issues will go months without being fixed even if you remind them weekly. Extremely annoying and unnecessary. Would not recommend moving here.

This was my first apartment back in the day. I was loving my large one bedroom(big enough to fit two king size beds) 1bath. The only issue I had was maintenance taking their time to fix anything, and of course the normal apts bugs(repellent can fix that). Over all its a good starter place or even long time. Its all in how you make it. Their under new management now, but Mrs. Jewel and Stephanie were awesome!

My husband and I have lived in building 3231 for 1 1/2 years now. We feel safe and enjoy our neighbors, especially the ones on our floor. Considering we are the minority (white), I feel very welcome and at ease here. The building has a roach issue, appliances and fixtures are outdated, neighbors can get noisy on weekends, and outdoor upkeep is lacking, but all this is manageable considering the cost of rent and feeling safe. The only reasons we are moving is the complex doesn't allow pets and I would like a dishwasher.
