Would highly recommend not living here, i tell all my friends to not. had no running water for the kitchen(sink and dishwasher) for like 8 months and all my service requests never went through. Pool’s been closed and gate’s been broken since the start of covid and they keep using it as an excuse. Our apartment flooded the first week i was there. their laundry room for all the buildings in the complex to share sucks. there’s more i can say

You get what you paid for. This is not the place you would want to live in if you're serious about school. I felt very unsafe in this community. Courtesy officer was not very helpful when it came safety. I will never wish this place on my worst enemy, its disgusting. Staff wasn't very helpful when it came to issues with my roommate. Would not recommend to anyone.

I moved here from Texas about 2 years ago. The campus Side team made my transition so smooth I feel like I'm right at home. They matched me perfectly with my roommates and I've seriously made life long friends within my stay here at CS. They have a range of tenets and are attentive to all our needs. The pool in the summer is just as nice as the photos, great for doing homework by in the fall. The only complaint I would have is the gate has not been closed for quite sometime so that concerns me and hopefully they'll get to that soon. Been living at Campus Side Apartments for about 3 years now. Must say I haven’t had any issues since I’ve been living here. If I did have any complaints I could always go and talk to the great staff we have here and I know the problem would get resolved. Best decision I made when it came to picking a great place to stay!! #LoveCSA
