Hard to hold one employee’s experience against the entire company, but our experience dealing with the property manager(condo building in SouthSF) from Citiscape has been pretty bad for the last 15 months now.
Multiple email follow ups are required for a simple response, no response on phone calls and basic lack of understanding of issues that home owners have.

New to the Bay Area, just moved into 601 Fourth Streat Lofts. Very easy process, Sergey Gorokhovsky the property manager gave a simple to follow check list of items to produce for the move in. Security was provided and were very courteous and knowledgeable of the building layout. Building looks well taken care of, quit cleanly and upkept. We love the rooftop deck.

I have been looking for a new condo in San Francisco for a few months now. Sergey made my decision very easy working with the seller, my real estate agent and my bank. It was much easier working through inquiries with CitiScape than any other seller I came across. They responded very quickly for time sensitive closing requests and generally were willing to work with us on all the random things that came up during the sales process.

I was on an HOA board for 8 years. We tried several property management companies. Citiscape was the last and by far the best. They cost a little more, but it’s easily worth it. They are very responsive and professional. Sergey Gorokhovsky was our property manager and he was excellent.

I recently got in a difficult situation and had to sell my condo from out of state. The new owner was very interested, but wanted a ton of information. They came back to me 4 or 5 times requesting more documents. Sergey Gorokhovsky was incredibly helpful in providing what was being asked. I think each request was provided in less than a day. Sergey worked closely with my agent and made sure that the sale did not go away.

I am very happy with Sergey. He is excellent at writing to us on everything that's going on. Even when we have to stay in due to corona virus, we get regular emails about the building. It's helpful to know why people are here.

Sergey from CitiScape has been absolutely amazing. He helped me when I was moving in, and he was also really responsive during off-hours (holidays or evenings) with any questions I might have regarding the building I'm in.
Recently, our entry code machine broke and he kept us extremely up-to-date about what are the possible timelines for it to be fixed, and what stage of the fixes they are at. Really fast, professional, and available.
I always feel secured and well managed. Would totally recommend Sergey from CitiScape.

Sergey has been a fantastic support to our property. I have had other property managers and never experienced someone who is so on the ball and who so actively thinks about how to keep our community safe and coordinated.
