Remarkable staff and beautiful mature park setting. I have been in my cozy apartment for over 15yrs. Maintenance and the Manager always are smiling and greeting me in the hallways. My maintenance needs are done quickly and the Manager manages the place with a caring and respectful demeanor with all of us.

I would recommend Woodland Estates to any of my friends, family or acquaintances! I came in with no appointment and was greeted with a smile and though they did not have what I needed for my timeframe Dee Dee went above and beyond anything that I have ever experienced in looking for a new place. She never once dismissed me after learning that I needed a place for June like so many others that I had called or visited. Who made me feel like I was wasting their time. I lived at Woodland Estates for a number of years and I really liked it. The management team is fantastic. The Manager Dee Dee does a super job of running the complex and is just a great person to talk to. She will always find a way to solve your problem. You can tell that she really likes helping people because she is so good at it. I can't say enough good things about Dee Dee! Woodland Estates is also blessed with a fantastic maintenance crew. Great location, nice community, and solid management are all I found at the Woodland Estates apartment. The manager, Dee Dee Johnson gave me a five star customer service and a great welcome. I truly impressed for her helpfulness and excellent customer service. I also found my new apartment in great condition and I am looking forward to be around here for along time.
