Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Convenient location with plenty of amenities nearby (shops, cafes, walgreens, etc). 1 min walk to the bus stop. 5-10 minutes away from Marina Blvd to grab a view of the Golden Gate Bridge. Walkable distance to The Palace of Fine Arts. Quiet and safe neighborhood. 100% would recommend!

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a great experience. The room was clean with a coffee machine, fridge and even a microwave! The bathroom was big with a spacious shower. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful when we asked for dining recommendations. This motel is in a great location.

This hotel does not look particularly nice on the outside but the room we had was very recently redone. It had laminated wood floors, a larger than usual refrigerator, a microwave, and a two cup coffee maker. Parking was free. We felt perfectly safe the whole time. There were great restaurants nearby and we were able to walk to the Fisherman's Wharf.

This was the perfect spot for my boyfriend and I for our anniversary. The outside does not represent the inside, the inside was very nice and clean, seemed as if it was recently remodeled. The guys that work at the front desk are so helpful and kind. It was local to all the San Francisco things to do and located right next door to a good amount of great bars which was perfect so we did not have to Uber. Definitely recommend and will be staying again!

The front desk agent Utsav was warm and friendly in receiving us and made sure our stay was comfortable.
Free parking on-site was very helpful in a rather expensive city.
Overall stay was great, rooms were clean and location was close to everything. Would highly recommend this place. I would also add that this motel is better than the rest in the neighborhood.

This might be the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Comfortable beds and pillows, nice area close to everything, and the staff was extremely on top of replenishing our towels etc. The man at the front desk was lovely and helpful both when I called to make the reservation and during our stay. And we appreciated the availability of a larger room to accommodate our big family (we stayed in a suite). Great experience all around! Thanks to everyone working there!

Very clean , had everything we needed.. attendant was super nice.. accommodations really good.. maid service even folded our own blankets..only thing to watch out for is the limited parking in the front, at night time you may have to park in the back of the building.. but not much of a hassle..would definitely book again!!!

Trying to finish a day in the city with my wife and have no been left alone by the staff. Constant knocking during our alone time that has been creeping us out. It's gone on for more than 10 minutes now and we don't know exactly what he wants.
Update: They now kicked us out for questioning why they were creeping around outside our door!

NASTY! NASTY! NASTY! I decided to give this hotel a try because the recent reviews raved about how clean and updated it was. Either the hotels cleanliness differs from room to room or their idea of clean is way different from mine! Yes the rooms seem to be "updated" but when the walls, doors, floors are covered in scuffs, marks, and dirt what is even the point of an update? All of the furniture was severely scratched. It looks like they may have got it second hand from another hotel that was updating. The bedding had stains. I had to lay down my own blanket on the bedding to sleep. The

This place is not fancy-- but is friendly, very clean, and quiet. Also has A/C and free parking.The area is safe and loaded with restaurants within walking distance. Most attractions are a short Uber ride away. There's also a bus that stops almost in front that will take you to the Golden Gate Bridge.
We slept better here than at fancier places downtown. The rooms are away from the street so there's little noise in that respect. It was affordable and we will return!

Stayed here for 4 nights. All front desk staff were friendly. Room was clean and sufficient for our trip. We travelled for a conference so we did not stay in room very much. We had first level room which was ok but we could hear the 2nd floor walking around. Lucky for us they were sleep by the time we got in. Husband claims he heard neighbors having whoopy early in the morning but I didn't hear it. Location is 5 stars. I felt safe and anything you could need was closeby. Also nice diner is only 5 min walk away. If back for business we would stay. I probably wouldn't stay if hanging in

This motel was clean and newly remodeled. We were able to get a room last minute through a third party and had no issues checking in. The hotel staff were accommodating and we were able to get a good night's rest without worrying about crime or health issues. We were also in close proximity to businesses and events in San Francisco.

If your looking for fancy and bougie rooms then this isn't the place for you. But if your looking for a clean place to lay your head and have walking access to many fun places to karaoke, to eat, and shop then this is it. It's a mom and pop family owned business that you want to support this is the place. The front desk people are the nicest and make you feel at home. Whatever you need. They go above and beyond. Such a convenient place to stay if you're in San Fran. Close to everything. We walked to the wharf, crissy fields, and much more. The rooms are comfortable and quaint. The employee James was super helpful! The man upstairs was being extremely loud so he moved us with no problem. We needed to check out at 11A.M but our flight back home wasn't until 5P.M so he even let us store our luggage there. Would definitely be back because the customer service was awesome

Great little hotel in a central location. Convenient to multiple bus lines. Althuigh we arrived late morning, and the front desk checked us in to our room. I chose this hotel for several reasons in additional to location. Parking: I wanted free parking, it was a little concerned with size of my Honda Pilot. We arrived early figuring we would have an easier time between check out and check in. Rooms: updated and comfortable. Small, yes, but so are the rooms in New Orleans. Location: I mentioned the bus lines, but lots of restaurants around the corner ( from Thai streefood to steak house), Walgreens

Reasonably priced for San Fran and extremely helpful staff. Rushabh Shah was extremely helpful showing us the places to visit. Very easy to get to. Was a little worried at first about the location but everything went very well. Room was pretty clean and fairly modern. Nice TV inside. All and all would definitely stay here again.

We needed to stay an extra night in the city and saw they have been making changes in recent reviews, so we booked one night. I would say the reviews before 2014 aren't completely accurate and not what we saw. It's still a motel and nothing luxury by any means, but it's a place I would stay in again if the price was right.
We had no issues during our short stay and the staff was courteous. We didn't drive, but parking is free. The rooms have a microwave, a large refrigerator, a flat screen television, free WiFi, and individual toilet/shower room. The bed got the job done. Because

The current owners bought this property about three months ago. They work there now. They admit it was a mess when they bought it. They have remodeled most of the rooms and only rent out the re-done rooms.
Many of the reviews aren't really fair. This is a $77/night motel. It is not fair to compare it to a B&B in Carmel or the Ritz Carleton. IT IS A MOTEL WITH FREE PARKING IN SAN FRANCISCO. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We went to an evening Giant's game and didn't want to drive home. They are about one block from a MUNI
