The Mark has a really nice property. Rachel was JUST AMAZING. She gave me a tour and she did a FANTASTIC job. Answered all the questions I needed to hear without even asking!!!! She was very friendly and helpful. It’s nice to see that great customer service still exist. Definitely will recommend this property and recommend Rachel!!

It was amazing to live here. The staff is so friendly and greets you and your dog by name and helped where they could. The apartment is in an excellent condition and they are taking very good care of each resident. Everything is 5☆ here. 100% recommended to live here. Morgan and Brenda were always amazing and the maintenance guys are awesome, too!

The employees of " The Mark " at City Place Springwoods have earned my 5 star review after living here the last 20 months. I have to include the owners at Fein Corp. They built and designed a high quality building, loaded it full of amenities and hired a great staff to run it. Mrs. Juana has been my main contact and she has provided me with exceptional service. Trever provides outstanding leadership and communication. I have interacted with all the employees, and they just make things great to live here. I agree with all the other reviews. .

My husband and I absolutely love The Mark! Morgan is such a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the entire property and the surrounding area. She was able to get us in on a tour and was the reason why we moved so quickly with the application and signing a lease. She was very helpful with our move and our additional needs. The facility is well maintained by the staff. We love living here!

5-Star Apartment Building!! I love The Mark! From top-notch amenities, nice and clean interior finishes, lovely surrounding community areas, and responsive maintenance, this place has it all. But the AMAZING leasing office and management team is truly what makes the living experience here so enjoyable. Special shout out to Juanita who made it a breeze to move to a new unit in the middle of the pandemic and is always there to help with a big smile!

The staff here at The Mark is amazing . I am treated like family. I feel genuinely loved here. Any concerns or issues that I may have here, the staff is prompt and consistent.
