When I was apartment hunting, I worked with Jessica from the leasing office. Jessica is excellent! Out of all the apartments that I left voice messages with to ask for leasing information, Waterstone was the only one that called me back. Jessica was responsive to my phone calls and emails before and after I came for a tour. I had a unique situation that required manager approval. Jessica got back to me fast after she heard from Sylvia, the manager.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Applied here due to relocating because of my job. I liked the area and the apartments. Apparently there was a discrepancy with my application that I submitted and inside of giving me the correct information I needed to get it reprocessed they gave me the wrong info. They kept giving me the run around and eventually wouldn’t answer the phone when I call. I also keep receiving emails asking me to set up my internet/utilities but my application wasn’t “approved”. Instead of wasting my time I wish they would have just said they didn’t want to rent

Im a resident on this property, I just wrote this message making sure nobody being on my situation 2 weeks ago my truck got stoled the center caps rims,( not a big deal) last night my same truck got stoled the hole exhaust unit and plus they broke a couple of sensors of my truck so now my truck is at the parking lot and I call the mechanic for estimate of how much I have to pay to fix all the damage on my truck is over 2500 dollars, I just went to the apartments office to talk about if they were going to put at least security on night times, answer was I'm sorry nothing I can do for you,

The ladies Taylor and Jessica were extremely helpful in my process of relocating to Spring do to Hurricane Ida. Taylor understood my needs and move swiftly as possible to get me comfortable. Waterstone is a great place to live. I had a very easy move. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and helpful. Ive found that there is almost everything you need close around this location. So not living here is an easy decision. I decided to visit the community on the weekend as I like to have guests over a lot. The staff seem not interested in leasing an apartment and I honestly think they didn't want to be there. Neither did I!!
I followed someone in to look around the property and trash bags were all over the place. Nasty property and nasty people!

This is a beautiful apartment community that offers many amenities: attached garages, beautiful resort style swimming pool, a wonderful gym, computer/business room, grills and cabanas by the pool, and it is in a very convenient location. I have been here 9 months and am very happy here. I highly recommend Waterstone Apartments.

We have been living at waterstone for 2 years now. The area is booming, apartments look nice, and as long as there is constant rent being paid without raising concerns the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, after settling here for 2 years, we have chosen to move on because of the lack of help from the staff including Ms. Diana (manager). Our neighbors upstairs have been disruptive at odd hours of the night and after many attempts to directly talk to them we went to management for further assistance. Ms. Diana doesn't really care to help with our concern and does not follow up on our requests

On several occasions I have witnessed a CLEARLY mentally unstable individual named Daryl, walking the property, waving/flapping his arms around, "chanting," screaming unintelligibly at Christmas lights, going through tenant's garbage and violently tearing down a section of the iron fencing. Last night he attempted to set a fire in an apartment's… doorway, but was chased off when the female tenant open the door. He's a larger man with long, dark hair who has followed tenants and approached them from behind. When confronted he claims to hear "cosmic voices" in his head that prompt his erratic
