Very dissapointed with new management and services,I am vacating the place and they are ripping with additional charges and making me pay rent almost extra one month. raised rent from 1065$ to 1800$ (saying month-to-month). They are not even ready to listen to what you say, services were also too poor, no maintainance and very old apartments. Please be careful while you sign the lease, it's just their rules but management can be little helpful/understanding.

I’ve been very unsatisfied with the customer service here at Wildwood. As I am moving out of state, my roommate and I were attempting to remove my name off the lease and add someone else in, because she chose to stay. The moving process has been very difficult with nobody answering phone calls and getting the run around when asking what is the next step. When i was able to speak to someone they recommended i come in the office, but i explained with my work schedule I am gone before they open and come back after they have closed. My roommate was able to make it in the office and was treated very
