I moved out here on very short notice and they deserve 5 stars for all of the staff here.
My experience moving in was very smooth and maintenance is very fast, I’m enjoying how quiet the apartment complex is.

So happy how professional, friendly and helpful the staff and the manager is. Maintenance team is absolutely amazing as well. Having lived in many apartment communities over the years, I've come to understand there are three most important things that make the quality of living: management, apartment quality, and location. This place knocks all 3 of them out of the park!! Would totally recommend whoever is looking to move in to the apartments. Love it here!!!

Great, beautiful area! unfortunately service requests don’t get answered until days go by. when we moved in it took a very long time to rid the roaches. there are no cameras in parking area (i woke up one morning to my bumper falling off of my brand new car & office could not help because they stated they do not have cameras). honestly too expensive for the way us residents get treated by office staff. hope things get better!

These apartments are pretty good when I moved in, the service requests in the apartment are always done, they listen to what You say. Gated community, it is in range to a lot of great spots and beside TopGolf. The management got 2 times better once they switched property managers. So from Good to great.
The gym is nice, pool is good the staff is great. They will work with You. I’d say this was the best apartments I had stay with.

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!! I was supposed to move in this past weekend and I was unable to, due to the fact that there was one dead roach in almost every cabinet and live ones running around. ALSO ROACH FECES ALL OVER THE DISHWASHER WITH DEAD ROACHES INSIDE OF IT!! There was also dead roaches on the carpet! I was going to be paying nearly 1k a month to basically have roaches as roommates! The leasing manager Jerrilyn wouldn't sign me out the lease or give me money back even though she gave me a dirty apartment that was not ready and inhabitable. My awful experience is just one of many as you will see here in these comments. Me and My S/O moved into the apartments almost on a whim as he was moving closer to his job. I was newly pregnant and had one bad experience after another. Service was inept and slow. Always tacked on charges on bills things that made no sense. Routinely missed our garbage pickup which was out on time. They charged us water and electricity "Activation fees"(we called our utility companies and *paid* to have them activated ourselves). My S/O who is handy Foolishly trying to be nice installed a nicer and bigger

I moved in to these apartments 07/13/2013 with my husband and three kids. We had to put a huge deposit down of $1,300.00. After a few months of living there we notice dogs pooping everywhere so of course we had to make sure our kids didn't walk on the grass. Next problem we had my tires and factory rims were stolen of my truck left on bricks. i was told the next morning by the manager Danielle that i need to move it. i really don't know how she wanted me to move it with no tires. Lucky for me that my insurance jumped right on it and put news ones on that day. We stayed another year

I lived in this apartment for one year and a half when I first moved to Houston. The manager promised a lot of things they never did. I Was very disappointed so I decide to move out because the place was dirty, ghetto and not safe. my neighbor got his car stolen one morning and all the manager said to me when I ask her because I was concerned for my safety she said the car was too attractive..... I moved out two months ago and I cleaned up my apartment and I left it like when I receive it they made an inspection and said everything was great so they'll give me my deposit back but A month after
