Honest experience: property has gone downhill in the past two years. There’s NEVER parking after likes 3pm. You have to buy a garage or carport if you want to guarantee you don’t park ACROSS the street in an unprotected parking lot. Crime has gone up with vehicle break ins. Building 7 is awful. It overlooks a daycare with children who scream from 10am-4pm. The pool seems to always be closed or getting cleaned every week on my days off. The lawn company likes to use leaf blowers before 9am so if you’re a night worker all I can say is get used to noise. The floors are thin and you can hear

This is the most horrible and miserable place to live. Management in the front office as well as the staff are horrible at communication and passive aggressive. I’ve been counting down the days until my lease is up since I moved in! Do not move here! Ever since I moved in everyone I meet can’t stand living here

Teena'Marie the Leasing Director made our visit there last week so pleasant. I wish I could give her one hundred stars.She explained in detail the units we were interested in. We toured the complex and the amenities while she answered our questions. It is such a pleasure dealing with an individual displaying much professionalism and knowledge of the job.

My sister lives there and has been there for almost a year now. The community is extremely clean and beautiful. Very nice and quiet and the neighbors are very welcoming. My sister has been recovering from heart surgery and I have been coming over to visit and check on her pretty often. Miriam has been a huuuuge help with anything that my sister has needed throughout the time of her being here. The over all staff is very welcoming and make it very known that their residents are top priority.
