Do not move here if noise bothers you. Neighbors are extremely rude and you can hear everything! If you don’t move to the top floor, you will suffer every day and there is no help! You can hear EVERYTHING! I’ve lived here for almost a year and will not renew! Stomping, banging, babies crying, arguing, dragging across the floor, rude neighbors! You can hear it all. Would not recommend because of that, unless it’s the 4th floor.

Came in for leasing information. Husband and I waited for 10 min. Leasing agent came to us, told us pricing as if we couldn't afford. Then when we said we'd like more info she kept us waiting some more while she did things in the back. Gave us the leasing info and said she wasnt giving tours anymore because it was past 5....but we were sitting there waiting before 5....worst treatment.

Be careful if you choose this property because when you move out, they literally steal your money and say we cant do anything about it! Here is how it went for me!
I got a final statement email from property assistant manager which some chargers on it were not right including some double-charges for the utilities and garbage disposal. Then I talked to them, did the numbers for them and showed them the mistake which was accepted by property manager. Yet after two months, I got a check for my deposit but still subtracted for the incorrect charges. Contacted them and they said cant do anything about

We could not be more satisfied with our decision to become Belvedere residents! Not only is the price affordable, but the amenities are better than photographed or described. I am especially obsessed with the beautifully maintained nature and walking trails that surround the property, the massive dog park, and the friendly people! When all your neighbors have been residents for 3+ years, you know it’s a good place to stay. Special thanks to Smart City for the referral!

I have been a resident here since August 2020. It's a really nice apartment complex with great amenities such as controlled access entry, parking garage, resort-style pool, etc. It is located in an area where there are some nice trails for those that like to do outdoor activities. There is a shopping center down the street with a Kroger, Chick-fil-A, Torchy's Tacos & some other businesses. Management team & maintenance staff are friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend this to others who are looking for a new place to live.
