Park At Northgate Apartments

I turned in 3 maintenance requests. They were all completed the same day. I really appreciate that!

I genuinely regret moving here. I have lived here for a year and there is always something happening. Management is hard to contact. It is usually a game of phone tag. Maintenance is the same. I've had several things break or simply stop working it seems the apartments are out of date and need some remodeling and touch ups done. There is mold in several areas of the ceiling and several times the water has been shut off for extended periods of time. Living here has been a mental struggle most days and I would not recommend

We have lived here a few years now, nice place and the grounds are kept up, and maintenance is pretty good about getting to you in a decent manner.... But only thing I will say is that they will nickel and dime you for the stupid stuff when it comes to a RIDICULOUSLY stupid issues that they want handled even thought we never create an issue and have always paid on time. But if we put in noise complaint about a neighbor because you can here every word of their movie or they sound like they are at a night club when my family is trying to sleep at 11or so at night it doesn't get handled bc it

We lived at Park at Northgate for almost 2 years from 2018-2020 & everything was beyond our expectations. I only ever interacted with Paul & Sheryl at the office and they both went above and beyond to make sure maintenance request were taken care of in a timely manner. The maintenance team was super awesome and the complex itself was always taken care of. If I didn't have to relocate I would have renewed my lease in a heartbeat. If you're thinking about moving to this apartment complex I highly recommend that you do it's beautiful inside and out & the office staff is

He was super nice showed me how to use everything correctly to have hot water. And even made sure I didn’t need anything else before he left!

As an uber driver this place is hell, gate code didn't work so I had to press pound 3 hundred and so times for the person I wanted, the doors are NOT listed in order, at least on floor three, at the end I walked out if the front office to get to my car only to realize there wasn't a way to get in through the gate so I walked all the way back around to find myself locked out of the building entirely. Fantastic

The move in process was smooth and painless. The apartment is exactly right. I’m looking forward to living here

I had a flawless move-in process and I came from another State. Sheryl in the leasing office communicated on a regular and made sure everything was completed in a timely, and professional manner! The property is beautiful just like the pictures, and my unit is very clean and well kept. Selecting this property was one of the best decisions I've ever made!

Had my AC go out Saturday evening, called after hours number and call was returned promptly. He could not repair AC due to he needed to get a part to fix the problem. Was given a portable unit to use in the meantime, unfortunately it was not powerful enough to cool the apartment, even with closing all the doors to every room. Temp Sunday reached 88 degrees and never dropped below 87 it was a hot day and night. AC was finally repaired Monday afternoon around 5 PM took 4 hours tom get the temp down to 76

The Park at Northgate management team is excellent! Cheryl and Paul do a great job of communicating and staying on top of things. Our AC stopped working on my day off. There were other requests in front of ours, but Cheryl kept us updated and even did her best to expedite the process! On top of that, the maintenance team is always very friendly and informative!

Well maintained property, they really take care of things right away. Maintenance staff is great.

We moved in a year ago & we've enjoyed living here. The grounds are kept up beautifully . The apartments surround a beautiful courtyard with lots of mature trees & plants, ponds, a gazebo, a walking trail, a beach volley court, a little putting hole, & more. It's pretty quiet around here, but the people are friendly.

My lease ended June 2020, and these apartments were amazing!! I was glad to call these apartments my home. I spent countless hours trying to find the perfect apartments, and then I came across Park at Northgate. I read ALL their reviews and I decided to stop by with my Fiancé. We toured the model apt with Sheryl and she was super nice and asked if we had any questions and was pretty thorough! She was EXTREMELY helpful with the move-in process since this was my first apartment and she didn't mind

The staff, the Community and the neighbors are the best to have. A safe and Peaceful stay is what this truly is.

Affordable and clean. The whole community is very nice and friendly and I always feel safe.

Very well maintained excellent community! Has a great "home" type environment! Only complaint is gate malfunctions! But they are resolved very quickly!
