On 12/12/21, I stayed at the Fontainebleau Hotel for my wife's birthday (we are locals). We had reservations at the spa and spent most of our morning there waiting for a 3pm massage. It was the most relaxing time we've had in a long time. The spa staff was very nice and attentive. They all went out of their way to make sure we had everything needed. The massage was amazing! We then spent the rest of the afternoon at the pool and the Cote bar/restaurant. Every employee gave us spectacular service! To include two hotel security named Jad and Clarence.

Gross. Awful. Unconscionable. Stay away. While this may have been a preeminent hotel in the past, now it's more like a glorified Holiday Inn.
We booked an oceanfront room in July and, upon check in, we were provided an ADA room. We were never advised that the room would be an ADA compliant room, nor were we asked if that was acceptable to us. But that's the least of it. The windows in the ADA room apparently haven't been cleaned in what must be a decade, the couch had a hole in it, and the drawers had finger prints on them. After calling the front desk several times to no avail

Beachy and vibrant spot at the Fontainebleau Hotel serving fresh Mediterranean cuisine. I recommend coming early for lunch (11 AM) if you want it to be quieter, but later (2 PM) for it to be a louder bar scene with people dancing and music. Overall fun place with incredible food. I highly recommend the cauliflower and falafel!

This place is history here in Miami Beach, and with gorgeous historic places comes "outdated" style. Personally I fell in love with the style here at FontaineBleau.
Right when you walk in, you are hit with a stunning front lobby and huge bar! Chandeliers and gorgeous lights everywhere, gives off Gatsby vibes for sure. It's a very popular lobby, there is always something going on down here.
Our room was great! We had no issues with our room, nothing was "broken" or peeling, etc. The only thing was our bathroom faucet. Had slight rusting around the base but water still worked

This review is only for the pool area. I was invited to come to the VIP pool area for a birthday party. I love that the space is secluded. Security is very strict on who can come in and out of the VIP area. In comparison to the main area, the pool in the VIP section is super small. Also expect to pay steep prices for drinks.

What a beautiful resort! I've been here several times over the years for different activities and I'm always impressed with the outside grounds. Different types of pools and so many areas to sit and relax at. I like the bar that's covered nicely from the sun and rain, along with comfy sofas to the side. The indoor bar area in the lobby, with all the glass is very cool, though is crazy busy, and loud, on weekend evenings.

Stayed here for a night while I was here for a special occasion. Friendly staff members with easy check in process and also car valet.
Decent one bedroom suite with a living area and kitchen and also a half bath in the living area. Nice views of the beach and city views with two different balcony. One balcony in the living area and the other balcony in the bedroom. A few stains on the carpet floor, but I always bring hotel slippers. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here at the hotel. We stayed at the Tresor tower and the walk to the beach is about good 3 mins. Access to the resort is monitored by wristbands.
Hotel staff was also monitoring people that do not wear mask and gives them mask to wear .
Staff are very friendly and very quick to respond back for any request we needed in the room.
Restaurants are also in the hotel which we frequent. I also door dashed food when the restaurant In the hotel got a bit mundane.
