My wife and I loved every minute living at Dwell. Unfortunately, we only lived there for one year before relocating to downtown only because of work. However, we would have stayed for years if our new commute time and toll cost wasn’t a factor.
The management team is the best I’ve ever dealt with. As someone who works in guest experience and customer relations, Dwell is the example of incredible customer care. Every issue or maintenance request was resolved promptly. However, what blew our expectations out of the water was the personal call we got from Will or someone else from the front office

I lived here for over 2 years, and I've even changed apartments in the same complex (traded up for something bigger). The apartments are great, barely hear my neighbors, they are open and roomy. The staff is the main reason I stayed, and plan to stay at Dwell. The management, leasing and maintenance staff are friendly, eager to help, and quick to respond. I've bounced between apartments for nearly 20 years, and this is the best complex I've ever lived in.

I want to start off by saying that Elisabeth and William are phenomenal. Elisabeth exceeded my expectations with her tour. She answered all my questions and made the process super smooth for me. William was very helpful and cordial as well. The units are beautiful and spacious. Thank you for letting me be a part of the Dwell Family! I have not moved in yet but I will keep you guys updated!

I am just beginning the process of moving into an apartment at Dwell Nona. I was greeted by Elisabeth DeVore, the leasing consultant via my scheduled appointment. She was very professional and sweet. She helped me feel comfortable and knew the product very well. I am an analytical person and she was able to answer all of my questions and concerns with ease :), as I did ask a lot lol I toured two different units and ended up making a decision to move forward with my application for me and my girlfriend. My husband and I had rented a furnished apartment for four months, our experience with the staff was terrific. William, Tony, and Elisabeth were always so kind, helpful, and professional.
The facilities are beautiful. The pool area is lovely; it even had a shaded structure, so you didn't have to get a sunburn during the summer. I remember the first time I used the gym I couldn't believe how thoroughly the staff was cleaning the bathrooms, water fountain, and the floors. They had no idea I could see them cleaning but after that day I took notice of how sparkling clean everything

Great place to live. Close proximity to literally everything. Plaza with everything you need across the street, High school and Valencia across the street, the apartment has plenty of great amenities like pool, basketball court, pool table, great fitness center. The maintenance men are very hard working and take care of any issues I have in my apartment as soon as they get the chance too. They’ve even taken my garbage out for me. The cleaning lady keeps everything super clean, spotless, and up to date. Awesome place to live, and great staff. Would recommend it to anyone.

Warning everyone! I do not recommend this residency! They will try to rob you every chance they get. Once we gave our notice we had the walk through and was told all you have to do is clean the oven from the inside and clean the debris in the drawers which we did. After 2 week pass Will calls us and tell us we owe 400 dollars becuas eof stains located in all the room which is not true we only had one stain in the living room which could be clean using professional cleaners which they already do. Then we call will and tell him have it cleaned and call us when it's time for the walk through

Thank you Dwell for providing such a wonderful place to live. I have been residing here for 3 1/2 years now and am still in love with our apartment and community. Will and the staff here are very courteous and give you this personal, family-like attention and are quick to attend any issues that normally happen in rental communities. The maintenance crew quickly resolves any and all repairs necessary as they occur, keeping our home and community beautiful and safe to live in.

I just moved in here about two weeks ago and I'm absolutely loving it! The apartments are pretty much brand new with granite countertops and a lot of cabinet space! They really focus on natural light here which is great because it's in Florida! Each room has 3 huge windows so there is always a ton of light coming in! Tony and the office staff are great at what they do and they really take care of their residents like family. Also, maintenance is top quality here and they're often able to come fix an issue in 24 hours or less. Also, they're really nice guys to chat with!

I recently left Dwell, and only left because I purchased a home. I lived in building 10200. Will the Manager Will was great, he was always on top of any issues. I remember I was on vacation and their was a small water leak, he personally called me to let me know everything was fine and it was being handled. That definitely gave me peace of mind during the remainder of my vacay. The staff overall were great, the indoor building was gorgeous and always clean. The event coordinator Sunil D. Always had the food trucks at night and made it so convenient to step out after a long day of work and grab

Was planning on moving here until I told my parents about my experience. I was a guest with one of my friends. We were playing basketball then one of the workers, named Teresa, started cursing at me and my friend. We're in high school by the way. She started talking to the Spanish kids in their language in what I could only understand by her tone as insulting. I'm unsure what she was mad about but all I heard was "you're all sh*t". I would expect more from a worker. Overall I really liked the apartment and my parents, I were really eager to move there until this incident

So I've been to these apartments about two or three times. I don't reside there but I have a friend who does. The apartments are new so there's no visible deficiencies that I can tell. They have the Typical apartment layout to me. Dwell is in a very nice and upcoming area but there are schools very close by and traffic can be intense. At least it's getting that way trust me. Anyway the apartments are nice. they have granite countertops and nice long cabinets. I'm not sure my buddies bedroom sizing but i'm thinking they have at least two bedrooms possibly three. To

What a wonderful customer experience! We came in right before close during an apartment hunt, needing to relocate quickly due to a new job. Upon entering we were met by helpful and friendly staff who were more than happy and willing to show us around the complex, regardless of the time. The staff were very knowledgable and quickly answered any questions we had. With such a wonderful experience, the Nona can definitely look forward to hearing from us soon!
