Amelia Court Apartments in the Creative Village in Orlando Florida is a very very dangerous place to live. My daughter was brutally attacked and held hostage in one of the units after the unit had been reported for several problems from the tenants. There is drug dealing inside of the building and when I tried to speak to management they did not seem to be concerned , at least the guy I spoke with did not. That place needs a total overhaul of management and security if there is any.

THEEEEEE ABSOLUTE WORSSTTTTT ! I mean are these people even legally operating because MORALLY, they are TERRIBLE ! If you’d like to get an answer, clear your schedule and be prepared to call 20 times minimum before someone picks up. Don’t forget to cross your fingers while doing so because even THAT isn’t guaranteed. These people are highway robbery.

RUN! These people will make everything sound sweet until they have taken your money. Then the mask comes off. The promising apartments they offer with “no waiting list,” means nothing because they never know an exact date of move in. They get your money on a hope and wish that something comes available soon. Once you apply and pay the “holding fee,” they have you by the tail. They’ll make you jump through hoops and over hurdles to get approved and then eventually another issue arises. It’s so obvious that these people just want your money, they don’t even hide it. Thanks a lot Tony

I really wish I didn't have to leave one star. I've been in an application process for almost two months with this place. It is absolutely ridiculous to have an application in process for over a whole month. They have absolutely no compassion nor respect for people's time. When I tried to tell them that the application process is taking to long they stated they wanted to keep my holding fee because I was changing my mind. I was on a time crunch and needed to begin looking elsewhere because I couldn't keep waiting on the approval for my application. Therefore, I wasn't just changing my mind, I did

Pros:
Interior is beautiful and spacious. Large kitchen and in unit washer and drier. Good place for low income.
Cons:
Elevator is constantly broken, so have fun walking up to your floor level in a stairwell that reeks of urine and garbage. Walls are paper thin, and management cant do anything about that.. so be prepared to hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes. (and i'm not exaggerating) If your upstairs neighbor is a partier or has kids, forget about ever sleeping or having peace again because legit you will hear every conversation and every footstep.

I applied here online , and before I even finished the application , they rejected me based on my income but only AFTER I submitted my payment info to pay the app fee. The application wasn't even finished yet. They don't answer their phone so I can't try to get my money back. If you'd like to not throw $75 out the window , don't apply here at all.

Do not apply here even if its your last option!!! they will steal your money, they'll put your application on hold to "verify income" after you pay your application fee and put down any deposit money they will stay with your money !!!! and not help you out !!! staff is rude, all they care is about the money and not actually helping someone find a place!!!
please please don't apply herr if you don't want to lose your money because again they will steal your money and not give you back anything !!!!! if you decide to change your mind and not move there anymore they wont

I’ve been at Amelia Court since it’s opened. Only reason why I could not give five stars is because no community is perfect, realistically. My honest review supports my decision to enter into my second lease. I can’t say enough about how helpful the staff in its entirety have been throughout my past year here. Any issues I had or concerns were always addressed promptly. Any accommodations were considered. Just like any other community there are issues here and there but most of my issues have been with the Residents and not the Staff or my apartment personally. If ever the Elevators did not

This place absolutely sucks! Currently living here and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here! They overcharge for apartments that are very cheaply put together. Stuff is always breaking, remind you this is a new complex. No guest parking. Gate is always broken which allows anyone to get into the building. I don't feel safe here because of that as well. They never answer the phones; before moving in and after moving in. I could go on and on about complaints!! JUST RUN! Don't move here!

The move here was terrible no one could tell me anything or know anything regarding the system. Dawn (the manager) seemed okay at first but has gave me the complete run around. She doesn't care about the tenants just wants you to sign and pay. I have sent numerous emails to as she requested. I have heard nothing. Definitely waiting on my lease to end WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
Fast forward almost a year there has been a shooting people selling drugs, junkies and a roach infestation. Apartments are under A new manager. These apartments are the worst THIS IS NO PLACE TO RAISE A FAMILY OR KIDS

This is a lovely community with nice amenities however I would not recommend moving here. I signed up to move in for June. Paid my deposit back in April and was excited to move here. Fast forward to making arrangements for Th my move. The community did not open until mid June. I would call and the phone goes to voicemail. I would walk in and talk to the staff, and the staff had no idea of move- in dates or leasing information. Dawn the Community Director was not helpful at all. The community does no communicate to their consumers what so ever. My move in date was for July 1st. Up until that date

Never received anything or any notification from Amelia Court after paying the fees and being approved for an apartment.
I have the emails stating someone will be in contact within 72 hours and links will be sent to pay the deposit 90 days before move in date, back in February and again in April.
But I never got anything.
Amelia Court is a scam and obviously a terrible company to deal business with.

Back in February I applied and was approved for an apartment with a move in date for June 24, 2019. That was fine since they were advertising a May 2019 completion date.
Fast forward to April 24, 2019, I had not received any word from Amelia Court as to move in instructions.
Reached out via email, since I like everything in writing and was ignored. Reached out to Amelia Court several times over the course of two months, since paying the application and deposit fees and was ignored on every first attempt I sent them.
Finally on May 1, 2019 they had the audacity to tell me that the June 24, 2019
