I moved into the community on 2/5/21.
Edwin was helpful, honest, and very customer-oriented. He made sure that my move into the community was easy and all the little details were known. He was extremely organized and he is one of the reasons I moved here. After I moved in, my first maintenance requests were taken care of as soon as possible and communicated any follow-up steps.
The amenities are great! The Lake Baldwin Dog Park is a short walk away. Every possible type of restaurant is downstairs and within a couple of blocks. The retail staff and waiters are very friendly. There is also a Publix

Lived there in a loft for 3 years. Loved It! Personal and Cozy, dog friendly, reasonable approach to reasonable requests. Great place to make a home without feeling disappointed about living in an apartment. Close to Publix, CVS, cafes and restaurants. I miss It! Living in a big house in the suburbs now... remember very fondly my cozy life there. People are very friendly, with sense of community. Would go back in a heartbeat if my hubby agreed to a smaller space 😀

Majestic apartments at downtown Baldwin Park. I’ve been a resident of this complex for three years and have to say it’s the worst place I’ve ever lived avoid at all costs.
Apartments are very cheaply built elevator breaks down all the time
Management is the worse my recommendation is look elsewhere for housing avoid this place or you’ll be sorry you ever move here

I’ve been living in my amazing apartment for 2 months now and to say I’m obsessed is an understatement. I love the large space of our beautiful apartment overlooking shops and restaurants and an amazing view of the lake, we’re steps away from absolutely everything you need, Publix being one of the best ones. I can go on and on. Our apartment itself hasn’t had any problems, we have so much light that comes in and we always leave windows and blinds open, and our utility bill is SO LOW. My home here has always been my dream apartment and now me and my little family are living it, I couldn’t

We've been here for a year now, part of a two year lease, and I'm ready to resign for another two years. I've lived in 5 different apartments and I've never been as happy as I am here. We have had basically no problems since moving in except for some ants during the summer, but they came in and fixed the problem immediately. The Majestic Apartments have been a truly great place to live. My husband and I have made this beautiful apartment our first home together over these last two years. Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath has been the perfect amount of space for us. The closets are spacious, and the bathroom has a huge garden tub with a stand-alone shower. The kitchen is beautiful and has a nice counter-top/bar space perfect for cooking and dining. The master bedroom is huge, and the second bedroom being a perfect guest room or office space. Called this property a couple of days ago to ask about a couple of units that were listed on an apartment listing website. The man who answered the phone came across as very rude and did not seem happy to help with my inquiry. I’d recommend looking at other communities that actually value customer service.

Take your hard earned money to another apartment. Management will not repair broken doors, or just Jerry rig them leaving them dangerous. Allow smokers to smoke at entrances daily, don’t remove any of the cars in the towing zone parked on the side walk forcing families to walk in the street. Staff isn’t helpful and don’t reply to all requests or inquiries, smoking IS allowed everywhere except inside the apartment so get used to smelling smoke in your apartment from other tenants because the complex is pro smoking. The Fire Access Control Panel is almost always silenced and malfunctioning

Stay far away. This complex constantly changes its lease agreements.
When I first moved in, filters, lights etc were included. Months into the lease we received letters that they would start billing for Lights, and filters. Things that were included when I signed.
When we moved out, there was over seven hundred dollars worth of credit ( five hundred for the deposit, and a few days worth of Rent that was suppose to be refunded) I never received a refund check, only to email(no response) and call, with a rude recipient on the other end " Annnnd who is this?" .

My husband, pet dog and service dog have been living here for almost 2 years now. Baldwin Park speaks for itself in terms of convenience, quality of living and that cozy village feel. There's a lot of activity in BP, especially on weekends with 5K runs, fund raisers etc. But if I want quiet I shut my door and have it. The first Friday of every month there's a Art Stroll where vendors come and set up and sell their wares, cupcakes, handcrafted jewelry, real estate agents, etc. I walk to Publix in less than 2 minutes. Many of the local restaurants deliver.

This is a perfect place for a single professional or a couple. Conveniently located in the middle of EVERYTHING! Steps away from Publix, CVS, Hair place, Nail place and one of the best restaurants in Orlando. Better yet, it is 1 or 2 blocks away from the Executive Offices for rent, so if you work from home, you can grab your laptop and walk 2 minutes to meet your clients in the most professional and stylish offices, compatible to NYC 5th Ave environment, for as little as $20 or $25 per hour. On top of it, a Gym and Olimpic size, heated pool are just 2 blocks away as well!

WARNING IF YOU PLAN ON RENTING FROM THE MAJESTIC OF BALDWIN PARK!!
This has been a 7 year nightmare for me after I rented there! Alex and Anthony of the current rental managers could care less honestly. They have jobs.
The real truth about the previous and current property manager Assistant Manager Anthony. I moved into the Majestic in 2005 and paid my rent on a time and never missed one payment for about 4 years..
In 2007 I was a part of the mortgage meltdown where the company I was working for 5 years literally closed its doors and laid everyone off. I managed to get another job in 4 months

Worst experience of my life. Living here was a nightmare. The management will not work with you in the slightest. Due to extenuating circumstances I was forced to stay in my apartment for 1 day over my lease. This one day cost me 130% of my previous months rent. The management had no compassion and still forced me to pay. I am disgusted by these people and would never recommend to any of my friends to move here.
The location is great in baldwin park but its loud and drunk people leave trash all over the common areas. Also a group of teenage kids ride around on their bikes and cause trouble
