Beautiful apartment, clean, safe, gated. Very convenient place near Downtown. K’noy Chapman assisted us. He is very professional , kind and has excellent customer service. We made the right choice.

Worse experience of my life! Booked our stay for 4 nights. Received an email with confirmation, within that email we’re directions to access my room. Followed all the directions when we got to the door I put in the code that was given to me for the room and the door wouldn’t open. After trying the code about 10 more times we decided to call the The number that was provided for Help. Long story short after speaking to about five different agents and 2 1/2 hours later no one was able to troubleshoot the issue in order for us to gain access to the room that we booked. By this time it is 10 PM

I recently did a tour at steel house and he was so on point. He made me so comfortable, I have never seen anything like this before. Unfortunately I was not able to take the apartment because plans changed but because of him i would have definitely rented.

My friend lives here and it is an amazing place especially with the location and amenities. And access to everything so close

I have been living here for almost year now. Wouldn’t want to be anywhere other than SteelHouse!!! K'noy Chapman , is always kind and eager to help me whenever I need it! Everyone else in the office is also always extremely kind and helpful. It is such a quiet, beautiful place to be. Glad to be a part of the SteelHouse Community

Its just straight up OK, the only annoying thing was bugs. i know "bugs are apart of earth that's how it is" well, no because 2 roaches first night and 18 worms (huge) by the pool. don't even know how to rate it but the rooms are...ok

Bonnie was amazing at showing all floor plans. She knows the business!
I would change the apartment decoration. It's not modern and makes it look old fashion!

Aaron with the office staff has been great during my move into Steelhouse! He has helped with any questions I have had and has made the experience go smoothly. I’m glad that I have him to go to moving forward during my stay here!

My partner and I were considering moving to Orlando and had been looking for a long-term rental that we could get for roughly two months while we were both working remote. We found the rentals available through Sonder (https://www.sonder.com) and packed the car and drove down. We've been very happy with the Sonder rental, the service they've provided, and their responsiveness to any questions or problems we've encountered. Next time we travel we'd definitely consider using Sonder again.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. There was a break in across the hall from me and Steelhouse & CREA Management has not done anything to keep their residents informed. I had to call them to get information and all they could tell me is that "I can sleep well at night knowing that it was an isolated incident & there was no forced entry". When asked if it was or was not a burglary they stated that they did not know (there are no cameras on the floors btw). If you care about your safety and want to live in a community that keeps you informed about what is happening in the community, please do not live here
