I called to gather information for a one bedroom apt for March move in. The gentleman who answered the phone sound as if I was bothering him. He didn't seem interested in assisting me with rental questions. I ask about the deposit he stated there isn't one but in the same sentence stated you can pay from $300, $500 or $900 but it's not refundable. When do you start paying a "Security Deposit" for it not to be nonrefundable? Please make it make sense. He didn't ask question about what I was looking for in the rental or even gave me alternate dates to move in. I was interested in moving here but

Stay away from this place. Very unprofessional people working in the leasing office.
Upon moving out of the complex we were told to leave the power on which we did in good faith. Now months later the office is expecting us to pay the utility bill that came after we moved out. Even Jasmine the property manager acknowledged it to me over the phone that this is not our responsibility but they still refuse to pay it. They even ignored the utility company's approach to resolve the issue.

Armando and Madelyn are so amazing! The office staff here are truly the kindest and they helped make my move so effortless. They are super quick for maintenance and HOA is always around. I love this area so much.
Update: Roaches and spiders all over my apartment. Upstairs residents don’t care and they make noises at 4am. ** Packages get stolen here. I’ve had two FedEx packages delivered and stolen BOTH times. I send my packages to my friends house now because I don’t trust it. Fees EVERYWHERE. I got penalized for late rent because I didn’t know how to set it up. I had an appointment to

We stayed on the top floor and it was so nice. The view was incredible and the balcony was so big we could run on it. There is a lot of things you can do within walking distance such as shops and restaurants. It has a full kitchen (minus an oven) and has 2 rooms each with their own bathroom. The couch is also a pull out bed.

I wanted to share my appreciation in public and hopefully for upper-management to read.
They were the example of helpful, kind, and professional associates. They cared about the issues I had, they never took offense to my concerns, they were positive, and they actually desired to provide assistance until everything I needed was fully addressed. In the end, they thanked me for being fair and honest and I thanked them for the same because they were absolutely fair and honest right

Hasn't been the best experience so far. Dryer was broken when I moved in and a bunch of my clothes ended up damaged from mold because the management forgot to put the maintenance request in after I told them about it and they said they would... that’s messed up but the fact they never offered to make it right is just not right either. I’m out easily like $50 since I had a couple shirts and pairs of shorts, socks, and underwear in there. 👎🏻

We have lived in The Enclave for about 2 years. Office and maintenance staff are always responsive. Grounds are always maintained and staff are consistently working around the clock.
Hats off to Augustine Serrano who fixed our new washing machine recently. He provided us with details of what the problem could be and resolved it in a timely manner. He even left us a note of all that was done to address the problems.

The Enclave is the best apartment complex that i have ever lived in. Everyone in the office is so nice and accommodating. They never make you feel like you're bothering them, when you call with an issue. If there is anything that needs attention in your apartment, they are QUICK to get maintenance over to fix it. Now, the aesthetics of the complex simply cannot be beat. There's a mini beach on the lake with canoes and fire pits. A beautiful long pier with benches to sit and relax. My favorite part is in the middle of the complex, there is an area with hammocks and an amazing koi pond. And last

I have lived here for almost 1.5 years and it has been my best apartment living experience. The office staff is professional and friendly. The apartments are clean and beautiful. I never had a pest problem while living here. I felt safe while living here and part of a community. Great location. Jacob in the office always puts a smile on my face. Thank you Enclave!

I want to start this review by saying how much I absolutely loved living here. Enclave is a little oasis very close to downtown without feeling like you are in the city. Lake Underhill and Lake Giles are so beautiful and make you feel like you are in your own little world. The faux beachfront on Lake Giles is super cute and it is nice to relax out there when it isn’t too hot. Enclave is super close to a bunch of fun restaurants and shopping centers, and again super close to downtown. Also if you work or go to Valencia or UCF they are super easy to get to, since 408 is right there.
