READ YELP REVIEWS. Complete NIGHTMARE! - I ended my lease 3 months after the start date of my lease and after~ 1.5 months of actually living in the apartment DUE MOLD INFESTATION and REOCURRENCE in the mold
-They changed my move in date in one week prior to me moving in and ~2 months after I had paid for the application fee, submitted my security deposit and signed my lease-no credit provided for the inconvenience
-They demand to have the AC at 74, why? what is the reason? I lived in other apartments and never ever had this demand – by the way, the mold infestation occurred with the AC temperature

I have been living here the past 3 months and have been very pleased with my experience so far. My favorite has to be the huge windows with all of the natural lighting and I absolutely adore my balcony. Any issues that has come up staff and management has been helpful with solving. I’ve lived in about 4 apartments and 1 house rental in Orlando thus far and this is definitely one that I am pleased with. The location, on sight amenities and security (just added a night officer on duty which I love along with gated parking and all doors are locked and need a code or key fab) I would recommend checking

I loved living here! The apartments are super nice and my view of downtown was amazing. I always felt very safe and the amenities were a great bonus. The office staff, specially Luis Gutierrez, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience living there, and I sure did! I highly recommend the complex.

I have called for days with no avail. I keep getting the mailbox and truly it’s frustrating trying to get in touch with the leasing office to receive more information. It is already difficult apartment hunting while being located up North. I was recently in the Orlando area specifically for apartment shopping and could not get anyone on the line to hopefully stop by and tour. Feels quite hopeless at this point.

I’ve been living here for about a year now and so far it’s been pretty good. However, I do feel obligated to share my lease renewal experience for anyone who is considering moving here. I moved in towards the end of 2020 when prices were discounted due to covid. When I signed my lease I was informed by the leasing agent that according to corporate, rent prices would not exceed a 2%-4% increase for the following year. I wish I could rate this place higher but guest parking is a nightmare. I’m in a relationship and my partner can rarely come over because there are only 10 guest spots. I was told when touring that they’re never out of guest spots, but in the 2 months I’ve been here, they’re claimed almost every weekend. Had they been honest about how difficult it was to have guests when I asked, I wouldn’t have signed a lease here so I’m very frustrated. There are other apartment buildings on orange avenue who will actually work with you to address overnight guests so you don’t have this problem

I normally don't write reviews, but I felt Nora deserved one. I lived here for about 8 months and the only reason I left was because I had to move across the country.
Coming from a standard wood framed apartment with awful neighbors, the concrete construction was like a dream. The only time I ever heard my neighbor was when his dog barked right next to the wall when he would leave. Other than that, not a single sound. Even outside noises are greatly reduced. The train, which was my biggest anxiety moving in, never bothered me and I'm a pretty light sleeper. City Pub will also blast music on weekends

This place is like mostly alright but the elevators go out of order very frequently which is really inconvenient. Also the signs asking people to wear a mask in common areas are 100% for show, I've never seen any staff even politely request that someone wear a mask in these areas. The areas that you will see on a tour are kept very clean though. Everything looks nice. Parking in the area is becoming more scarce recently with road work, not their fault just something to consider before moving in.

One of the worst downtown experiences I’ve ever had.
Assistant manager Sara is completely unprofessional - apartment garage was broken into atleast 7 times in a year.
Electric car station damaged my car - assistant apartment manager challenged my invoice from Tesla. Not even an apology.
Also have verbal notice to leave - again completely ignored and pretended like it never happened.
Roach infested hallways .. completely ignores emails and micro aggressively answers with minimal comments
We moved out and payed $200 for professional cleaners only for Nora to charge us again. When asked why

Jenny Jaramillo has got to be one of the most unprofessional, incompetent, inconsiderate and unsympathetic "property manager" I have ever come across. If you have any issues, its none of her concerns, she literally walked away and closed the door in my face when I had to complain about my vehicle getting broken into for the second time in 1 month. Getting in Nora is a bit of a hassle, there's no doorman, so you kinda just stand there until someone notices you or pick up the phone, that can get annoying but it's no reason to take a star! I recently visited a two bedroom, first floor apartment and it was amazing! Luxurious feeling, the privacy (if unit is on the back) and the high ceilings are what stood out to me! The windows are big and let a lot of light in and the master bedroom was very spacious! If I hadn't gotten approved at the place I moved in now, I would've FOR SURE snatched that apartment at Nora!

DEFINITELY read the reviews and follow them. My experiences are VERY similar in that:
General:
-maintenance staff seems friendly and personable, and also average in terms of helpfulness
Pros:
-Neighborhood is fine, close to other popular and fun areas
-Never had a problem with my neighbors
-Resident parking is sufficient
-Adequate gym with Pelotons
-Generally feel safe

Nora gets one star. I've lived here for 6 months and had to break my lease and leave early because of an incessant mold issue. Not only am I dealing with excessive moisture and mold, I also found about twenty dead fruit flies by the window sill. Jenny is incompetent and yelled over me several times, dismissing my valid concerns about the mold. She refuses to send anyone to inspect the mold and properly clean the apartment. Maintenance has been wonderful and patient with me. She cannot manage a building because she has zero compassion and refuses to listen to anyone. She dismissed my concerns

Have been living here for a couple years and I absolutely love Nora, the amenities are great, the staff are super sweet, and the apartments are beautiful. Close to everything downtown! My only "negative" is that the apartments are quite expensive, if you don't care much for the experience then you could get a large house outside of downtown for the same price.

Money hungry, heartless people run Nora. Kicked out a well established gentleman and his dog who has some delays on the rehab of his home he purchased. Instead of working with him to maintain a roof over his head for him and his puppy companion they kicked him to the curb with a mouth full of lies that they already had a new renter. Not true and why not offer to allow him to stay in another one of their vacant places? I guess you don't believe in treat others the way you want to be treated.

There's a dead bird on my balcony... Woke up to find a dead bird on my balcony called the leasing agent and was informed because it Saturday there's nothing they could do about it... Sarah at the front office responded " There's no maintenance on the weekends unless it's an emergency" I then inquired what was I supposed to do and she replied... "You can either pick it up or wait till Monday when maintenance is back on property " I asked for a number to corporate because I live here, and I pay rent! A lot of potential with the building and amenities but inherent design flaw that attracts gnats and fruit flies to the garbage rooms and the apartments next to them. As a result of that my kitchen has been unusable with fruit flies a constant nuance. Management does not allow you to move apartments unless committing to another 12-month lease. Also a lot of other unprofessional practices which I won't get into.

Room for Improvement but things are getting done.
I’ve really enjoyed living here these past 3 months. I will admit there’s some shortcomings in terms of maintenance of the common areas and cleanliness so those issues are in need of improvement but the staff has been great and our apartment itself is exceptional.
The apartments have high quality finishings and the structure is sound, you barely hear anything outside of your unit.
The windows are large and we’re lucky to have stunning sunset views in all rooms. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. I do wish we had a saltwater (saline

My boyfriend lived here in 2016 and the apartment was nice, but he had to pay to break his lease to relocate for work. He paid all fees that were required upon move out, and was never notified of any additional fees. He had the same phone number, and all of his mail forwarded, but was never contacted by Nora saying he owed anymore money. We applied for a new apartment in FL recently (almost 3 years after he lived at Nora!) and it is showing he owes Nora over $2300! He has been trying to contact Nora all week to figure out the problem, and it took 4 days and multiple calls to get an explanation

Home for the past 3 years! Every year we look to see what else is out there and keep coming back to this building! You can’t beat the quality of the apartments, I’ve never heard my neighbors! I lived at NORA for 20 months with my fiancée and we loved it!
NORA is a refreshing and modern take on downtown living. It's location is booming and has a number of great food options within walking distance. There is a coffee shop and an organic grocery at the bottom of the building (accessible from the club house). There is also a gastropub and high-end Mexican restaurant just steps away.
The building has incredible amenities including an infinity pool and a modern gym. We lived facing in on the 6th floor and loved the view.
