Valley Pond is a dog and cat-friendly community. We allow up to two pets per apartment, with no weight limit. Dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered and shots up to date. Vet records may be requested. Other small or caged animals allowed, please call for details.

The staff of LLC cleaning crew have found it very pleasant to work with Terry .

Excellent place to live! I have a spacious one bedroom. It's wonderful! Plus I can have my pets.
I love my apt and the hallways always smell good.

Love living here! The floor plan is amazing for 3 bedrooms, and the kitchen is beautiful! For an apartment I don’t feel cramped like me and my family have no space to move! The office staff are all friendly and have a smile every time you see them! Also, the yearly parties are amazing and really give you the neighborly feel while still living in an apartment!
