Rolling Hills Apartments

Rolling hills is a place to get back on your feet and get better credit so you can move on to bigger and better things. The manager is nice and friendly and that seems rare with apt managers.

For the most part it has been a good experience. I am happy about the new management team and their desire to provide good customer service. My experiences with services have been positive. The manager always makes time to hear you. I did not like the old team. The manager was curt and rude at times. I think Rolling hills has a good housing management team. My only issues have been my neighbors and their lack of regard for their living environment. Nearby neighbors like to dump trash on our street which upsets me. I believe a camera provided by the city should be on the corner of Mississippi and

I like the new managers. The ladies are improving the apartments here. I used to see mice a lot but not now. They have fixed that problem and they replaced the buzzer system. It's so nice! Thank you for caring about my home.

Mouse, cockroaches and all types of insets. Managers are not respectful especially when it comes to privacy they can come into your house any time and how how. Since I moved living there 6 months ago I never seen anyone in my house but at Rolling Hills they don't respect privacy. They really do have a lot to improve.

Managers are deligent to get repairs done. So much better than the last managers who didn't care at all. They keep making improvements and I like it here.

Mice infested roach infested!! Maintenance doesn’t show up, management doesn’t want to do much about it!! Not fit for anyone pregnant or parenting with small children!! These rodents make the environment toxic!! The mice can even get themselves off of glue traps!!! It’s RIDICULOUS!!

I live in 2 bedrooms with my family, I loved this place so much we live here for 4 year's, my family want to move, but I don't want to go anywhere I love this place I feel the fresh air and the manager has given us a small area for a garden. This place is perfect for kids because it has a playground also have a bench to sit on and have lots of the parking area.

This is a great place to live in our community! the managers are great! They really try to help when you have a problem. They are a nice addition to the community. I like the playground and gardens they have.

I lived these apartments last 3 years, and moved out last month, I never recommend any human being to rent there , Services are very poor and bad . Whenever I ask a repair your voice will never heard unless you call and go to the office many times and at the end the maintenance will never fix just he could say I will come back tomorrow and that is it . When I moved out they did not give my deposit back- They said we cleaned after you.What cleaning they are talking it’s invested 🐁 and all kind of insects 🕷 that are risk to the health of humans -which is false I left the house in good condition

Please reconsider before booking a showing or leasing with Rolling Hills. If I could I would have given them zero stars.
When I went for my showing, I told Rolling Hills that I had no renting history or knowledge and they took complete advantage of me. I was given no confirmation for my deposit and no contract. When I did ask Vicky, the manager for a deposit conformation, she became completely offended and kicked me out of her office and told me "we don't do that here". When I decide to look for a different apartment, I asked Rolling Hills for my deposit back, I was told that I can only get it
